    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

    @NatMurray38 @TryVoomer if a direct debit can cancel via your bank, although may not work if a card even though my wife cancelled her Virgin Media phone over a year ago still took payments , claiming contract, although she was out of that, they steal your money anyway they can

    @virginmedia we are just of the phone with your advisors because of issues with hub3. we want to raise a complaint but the advisor said they cannot because there is no manager . you are breaking several laws by not having a supervisor and by not escalating our complaint

    @virginmedia No nothing listed. And the issue is daily and every couple of hours, the internet turns off and comes back on over 30sec to a minute which causes issues when working from home. Called a couple of months ago and updated router settings but nothing has changed

    @Sam27411931 @virginmedia This happened to me today too. Then when I called to explain they said I had agreed to a higher cost, I asked to cancel entirely and they cut me off 3 times! Makes you wonder if this is a planned tactic.
