    @virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

    6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

    @virginmedia I’m totally disgusted with your call centre service I’ve just had a call from them & the person in question conveniently cut me off whilst in process of speaking to him. This has happened before & a complaint ignored. Value your customers you don’t know the meaning

    @virginmedia No, I've gone down this route before, just look in to your routing servers and or the bandwidth limit. Any time I do anything remotely intensive all packets start getting dropped. I'm on my knees.

    Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

    @virginmedia I have been calling to reduce my package but the moment I got someone on the phone after waiting an hour and half, he could not help me. Had to transfer me to another person to help but did not get through. Next day got someone asking to give me a deal. I JUST WANT A REDUCE PACK!

    @virginmedia Yes I need help. My internet speeds have been below 1mb for over a month now. I am on your M100 package. I have complained multiple times and was promised a call back. It's been 3 weeks and nothing. I haven't been able to do a work zoom call since xmas. This is ridiculous.
