@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia Terrible CM service on phone. Ive no internet and the lady wasn’t able to assist and disconnected my call when I requested cancelling my contract. SHOCKING so called service.

Apparently we now offer a payday loan service to big companies now. As @virginmedia took a payment for a cancelled service direct out of our bank account but can’t possibly return it that way, have to wait a month for a CHEQUE. Bloody crooks.

@virginmedia Can't help me apparently because account isn't set up yet. That's because we've cancelled it but are still getting bombarded with messages to arrange for the engineer to visit. Because we're in this position nobody at your company can seem to help us. Very frustrating

@virginmedia No known local faults. Wired and wireless. It’s an intermittent issue which comes and goes about once every hour and happens on all devices at once. Back to normal now, but as with the previous few days, i expect it to happen again within the hour. I’ll record the times and call.

@virginmedia BEYOND frustrated. No wifi since last Friday; waited requisite 24 hours for you to 'fix connection issue' internally, which you didn't. No engineer till Mon, who had no replacement equipment on van. WE had to call to order. 2 calls, 90 min on phone, still not here.😠
