Didn’t want to cancel but I wasn’t given any reasonable alternative - only option was to pay as much as I’m paying now for poorer internet/no TV. I literally just want internet for a reasonable price but felt like @virginmedia weren’t interested in keeping a loyal customer. Poor.

@virginmedia customer service is astonishingly bad. Truly never known anything like it. Had someone hang up on me x 2, promised a call back that never happened x 5. On hold NINETY minutes and counting today. Everyone I DO get through to has no visibility on any prior discussion.

@virginmedia your Service is beyond diabolical. We had your equipment installed on December 23rd. Since then we have contacted complaints, with no response, had 3 technicians who all say there is an issue with the line on the street, they’ll send another technician to fix (1)

@virginmedia Unusually there are no issues in the area, I spoke to someone who told me to restart the hub, I’ve been restarting and resetting constantly. They did something and I appear to have some sort of wi fi back but everything that is connected to Ethernet has stopped. Now at Wits end.
