    @JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!

    @virginmedia What a ridiculous company. You install Virgin in my street ruining all the pavements and drives. But also damage my car I was told it would be sorted a month ago and I’m still waiting. I’m livid and want it sorted!!

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia I phoned after I received the email to say that the complaint had been closed and the complaint was reopened, I was told it could take up to a month to hear back and it has now been a month and I have just received another email to say the complaint has been closed.

    @KCOMcare @Ofcom I would like to move broadband suppliers but because of your monopoly I can’t! I would like not to be overcharged for the same level of service I can get with BT, Sky, Talk Talk and Virgin media but that’s not going to happen. So yeah can you help. Answer no. @Ofcom sort it!

    @virginmedia Still waiting for customer relations team to say anything 2 hours after being put through ! The 3rd time I have eventually been put through in 2 days and still no response from them ? Losing a customer of over 10 years now
