    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    @virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

    Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

    Spend hours waiting for someone to answer @virginmedia then they just tell me ‘wait till tomorrow and it will work’. And it never does, cancellation never sounded so appealing

    @virginmedia Hub has green WiFi light & flashing power light, no WiFi. TV isn't working. No engineer available until 4th Jan & no solution given by your team. 2 callbacks promised today & none received. So no TV or Internet for a week during holidays. As usual, terrible service.

    @AdamRathe @virginmedia Horrible isn't it. On my to-do list is sort our what I'm paying them. 50 a month for fibre. Gone up about 12 quid in little over a year.
