    @virginmedia This is the exact type of poor service I received when I called customer service. The package I am currently on is £89 for a new customer, but £129 for a loyal customer. The response back was “that’s all I can do”. Your response is almost as bad “don’t like it, raise a complaint”

    @virginmedia The text messaging team that says it aims to respond within 4 hours but hasn’t responded to me since 11am yesterday? Basically I have no option now but to sit on hold in a queue for 30+ mins to fix a problem you’ve created by not upgrading me. Your customer service is awful.

    @virginmedia why is your internet so rubbish? We get a bit of rain and wind and the whole TV goes off with no connectivity its woeful. We have sat here for a few hours now with no tv at all and were paying £49 a month for wifi that doesnt work!!!

    @virginmedia another day of disruption planned in my area. We had one in Oct, no services all day. There didn’t seem to be a reduction in my latest bill to reflect the 1 day of no service,I think you need to deduct 1 day’s fee (pro-rated) and again for Nov if it’s happening again
