@virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

@O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

@virginmedia Thanks. Today I got 100 on PS4 (Ethernet), 84 on Dell Laptop (wi-fi) and 25 on IPhone 8… Issues I noticed this week were both on Laptop and iPhone. How could i know more about Intelligent Wi-Fi and how I could be affected? Also, when I had these issues, there was issue in area.

@virginmedia Yes and yes, another known outage with a nearly 12 hour lead time on fix. A mere 6 days after the last. Unfortunately I'm not the account holder (I would've long gone by now if I was) so I'm trapped having to once again figure out how I'm going to get any work done.

@virginmedia I can't log in to my account (tried all reset options) / there has been an outage in my area since Feb 24 (customer service told me) - since I've had broadband it's been dreadful (i've complained before) & I WAS planning on looking at TV deals but after today that's off the cards
