    Rang to downgrade @virginmedia package, spoke to 3 different advisors and it appears the prices are literally plucked from their arses on the spot offering less of a discount than at first 🤦🏻 no customer loyalty & staff dont care. Req cancellation after the poor service today!

    @virginmedia paid for the fury fight last and was unable to watch it due to a virgin media issue. How do I get this refunded please? I am also having issues with my 2nd virgin box in regards to accessing movie and sports channels plus my WiFi is blocking Disney plus app.

    When someone cancels their broadband, giving the 30 days notice, is it legal for the provider to arbitrarily cancel the cancellation so they can sell you a lesser deal than the one you're going for, or force you to pay for another month's service? @virginmedia seem to think so.

    @virginmedia Uhuh, some how I don’t think it’ll help. Done things like this before and it never fixes anything or shows anything. Your technicians have checked my equipment so it’s not that. Virgin will say anything to get me to stay paying you I’m not having it anymore

    Help required, techy Twitter friends. Seemed I switched off the Internet plug at the wall while I was away and now can't reconnect to @virginmedia on any devices. What am I doing wrong? Phone says no IP address, laptop says no Internet....
