    @ThirdUncle2 @virginmedia Exactly the same happened to me just, even had one of the call centre staff say I would've get a dead line when I told her I definitely will. She still transferred me down a dead line. Got told that changing provider isn't a good enough excuse to leave. Its my choice! 😡

    Need to cancel my @virginmedia contract as the price is going up but the only way to cancel is by phone, with up to an hour queue time. Brilliant.

    @virginmedia what's the best way to report a fault without having to go to offshore fault peeps and go through off the turn off switch on again? My WiFi is horrific, and only affects WiFi intermittent service and it disables. Done all the usuals it's knackered WiFi on router.

    @virginmedia finally after 1:10 mins on the phone. We have a possible resolution. Whilst the tech on the line was very apologetic and helpful, the waiting, lack of response and overall service is appalling.

    @harrisonmp They wrote to me about my complaint saying they’d been trying to contact me, they haven’t unless they’re still using the wrong mobile number which I’ve informed them about. We’ll ignore the fact that my landline is with them. I just wish someone @virginmedia would take ownership

    Hi at @virginmedia do you have a contact email address for complaints. Your internet service over the past month has been absolutely awful! Pay for 350mb broadband and currently at the moment having it drop maybe 10-15 times a day and lose all connections.

    @virginmedia 4 calls & 3 hours to get though to try and end contract, finally speak to someone and they cut us off. I wanted to leave due to the price hike but now i wanna leave due to the customer service!

    @virginmedia I seriously can not wait until my contract runs out with Virgin Media. Nothing but problems. Other service providers maybe have slower speeds but at least they work. Back to BT for me.
