@virginmedia And this is why I don’t bother calling you for the most part. The service desk where I work are in trouble if customers are on hold for 20 seconds. Virgin are a huge company and can’t afford a call centre where customers don’t have to wait 15 mins (so far) on hold.

@virginmedia Internet gone again. Second time today. Bottom light goes white and starts flashing, then green and flashing. Then the arrows light up green and flash. I can’t get 24 hours out of this service. This isn’t what I pay for and it’s terrible service.

@Defencebrief @virginmedia I had this discussion with them last week and was told in very aggressive (for customer service) terms that "its an incentive to get new people. I can do you a better discount than other customers that have been with us less, but not as much as the new customers". So I cancelled.

Come on @virginmedia, this is an utter shambles. Intermittent network fault in the area for the last 9 days, every day you say you've fixed it and it's still not working. And now it apparently won't be sorted until 5 days time. You can do better than this.
