    @virginmedia Ooo a response! Now I have a dilemma - do I have to complain about the length of time it took to even try to help me with my original complaint? I do sincerely hope I actually get somewhere this time. The time I have spent trying to resolve this is astronomical!

    @virginmedia No the light stays white on previous tests the operator said there is a problem and we will send an engineer but then a new hub arrived.

    @virginmedia so why is there notes on my account that they cant access unless i give them a part of a pass word which as a person with disbiltys cant do there is notes on the account about this as we have had this issue before i cant use the text service due to my disabilty
