    @virginmedia I’ve just connected a new router for faster speeds and it isn’t working. I’ve called up and your customer services person who told me contradictory information, put me on hold and then hung up on me.

    @virginmedia I spoke to your customer service team on 2nd January who advised all issues had been resolved and my sim card was being sent out by royal mail delivery. Even with any postal delays out of your control it seems odd that it hasn't arrived.

    @bluecitygirl232 @virginmedia I had the same issue with them in December always down not reliable couldn’t WFH so binned them off went to BT and fingers crossed not had an issue to date

    @virginmedia In the orders and appointments section it says there are none. The text I have received confirming the appointment and threatening me with a £25 fine is different to the one offered to me by your customer services.

    @virginmedia No it’s not, and it has now transpired that your customer services agent told me a direct lie that there was a fault in my area when there is not. Someone else has now booked an engineer to come out - next Wednesday. I can’t even have my heating on as that’s controlled vía wifi

    @virginmedia And the sum total of welcome texts I received during my 7 night stay in Jamaica was 189. I never moved from the same hotel. I often got 4-8 texts whilst sat at the same restaurant table or in my room. @virginmedia get your act together

    @virginmedia is pants. Sent 2 recent emails regarding broadband issues, still not had a reply. Previously their response was "Try the suggestions on the website", even though i'd already told them i've tried everything suggested on the site numerous times. Not happy

    @virginmedia. After being told we were being kicked out of our house during COVID because the owner wanted to sell up Virgin Media are now demanding nearly £200 for cancellation of our services as the new flat doesn't have access to their services. 5 phone calls and no help!!

    @virginmedia Major yikes from me, Business teaches to treat existing customers better than new customers because adding a new customer is more expensive. Charging £50 a month for a £28 service. 1/2
