    @virginmedia disgraceful- I am working from home and with no notice you are carrying out maintenance- because of you I have lost a day worth of money from work as no access to internet- disgusting company and have been poor since covid - bad customer service!

    @virginmedia we have a loss of broadband in the M6 area. No notification but the automated service states it’s an update on the service. If you want to provide good customer service, prior warning would be good. I’m fed up of this. If I can’t work from home, I will lose pay!!!

    Obviously, using the @UswitchUK service I should shop for a better than the exorbitant @virginmedia broadband service with phone line that I pay for but never use, after 6 years, they are complacent, I'm unhappy, because the Direct Debits are going in above the rate of inflation.

    @virginmedia I’ve cancelled the whole thing mate, this is too much of a hassle for me to have to sit on the phone for another 3 hours with people talking down to me trying to protect the money i earned and figuring it out. keeo the money but you won’t be seeing the cancellation fee.

    @virginmedia Thanks, since I wrote this it’s gone down another 4 times. I’ve been doing your suggestions and it says there is an issue in the error. I’ve rebooted my router and am confident it’s not an issue with the equipment.

    @virginmedia If I had a recognised tracking number- but then contacting Royal Mail is a waste of time and effort with the strike action and backlog. I'm STILL waiting for a reply from your partners at @O2 who have all my data to check this but are SLOW to reply.
