@virginmedia getting error V273. All network connections seem to be fine. Can you help. We just moved house, old TiVo box but new router. Unsure if this is why? TiVo connected via Ethernet. Can you assist??

Day 12 of no broadband or tv @virginmedia customer service in India have not got a clue as to when it will be fixed, keep passing me from person to person with different stories each time, absolutely shocking service, only joined a few weeks ago as well 😡😡

@virginmedia We left sky to save money and my request was simple. Virgin TV, broadband and landline. I was quoted £47.99 including a mini box for our second TV. So far I have had the 360 box installed along with the broadband and landline. The internet is poor with a patchie signal upstairs

Oooh, now I finally got round to taking notice.... The videos I, m watching via twitter are playing much better with Lebara mobile then they did tesco, moble..Actually they are playing better then they do on home broadband service Virgin media to.. The landlord pays that bill

Thought I was getting somewhere on WhatsApp, but after numerous promises my equipment has still not been collected. In the meanwhile I've been charged for unreturned equipment... Unbelievable

@virginmedia This morning I have woken to an email saying I am now being charged £60 to install the mini box that is still not booked in to have an engineer come out. I am stunned at how inept your staff are and how shockingly poor the customer service actually is.

@virginmedia are the worst. On a payment arrangement but you cut us off even tho next payment isn't until tomorrow. Not best pleased right now!!!! And WhatsApp triage bot is useless!!!
