    @virginmedia getting error V273. All network connections seem to be fine. Can you help. We just moved house, old TiVo box but new router. Unsure if this is why? TiVo connected via Ethernet. Can you assist??

    Day 12 of no broadband or tv @virginmedia customer service in India have not got a clue as to when it will be fixed, keep passing me from person to person with different stories each time, absolutely shocking service, only joined a few weeks ago as well 😡😡

    @virginmedia Dear virgin media, please can you send me a WiFi booster so my children can have a consistent signal to do home learning. I’ve tried the app but doesn’t work. Very poor customer service!

    @virginmedia No just said to monitor it for a few days after his reset and call again but it's terrible again today so I will be faced with another 2 hours on the phone again at some point. The signal is shocking in any room other than where the hub is

    @virginmedia Since the Hub/wifi is working again, I cannot comment any further till the issue resurfaces. I do not sit and stare at the hub (as i said , I only realised there was an issue when my video call dropped and my work cloud crashed)

    @virginmedia @BigIssue Dear Virgin Media, quite possibly the worst customer service. I just want to order a wi-if booster so my kids can do home learning. All you tell me to do is ‘download the app’. Done that but still can’t order a booster! Even BT guarantee signal in every room, but not VM!! V poor!

    @virginmedia The service status shows “green”, but your advisor said work could go on until 11 Jan. I want to know which is true, given there has been a 2 day pattern of broadband outage for several hours a temporary fix being in place.
