@iain_mac @hmfcalum @virginmedia That deal needs to be an improved service that doesn’t continually drop throughout the day. It’s gotten progressively worse over the last 18 months

@virginmedia You are an absolute disgrace of a service and customer service. We try to call every day for last 3 days, 1 hour to 2 hours a day, sales team , rententions team, we have spoken to every department, not bloody suprised we have not spoken to the cleaning company!!

@j3nnag My dad suffers with clinical depression and has been paying for broadband that he's not had service on for 5 months now because of @virginmedia horrific customer service. I tried to help. They wouldn't let me.
