@zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

Hi Twitter friends. Virgin Media contract ends soon. They have offered £80 for 200mb broadband and basic TV package and all sports channels. Sky (as a new customer) slightly cheaper at £75. Is it worth the agro of changing? Who is best? TIA

@virginmedia The saga continues. 4 weeks to get team in to do outside installation. Playing the blame game (council, contractor etc...). No confirmation of actual in-house installation. So poor and useless @virginmedia @Ofcom . No customer services, comms or help 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

@virginmedia @colinevo If you looked at the issues people are having & tried to make your system robust enough to counteract them, you may not have such busy phone lines. If you offered decent deals to existing customers you wouldn't have to employ people to lie & cheat their way to remaining with you.

@Rab_Dickson1 @virginmedia I spent 17 days in a row with that crap from VM. Then my wife got through to the 'threatening to cancel the service' dept, got to speak to a human being within ten mins., & an engineer was out next day.
