@virginmedia No problem! Hub 3. Speed just not as hoped. It's some sort of street-to-house issue, acknowledged by a technician on a previous visit. Separate (Google) WiFi is rock solid.

@virginmedia Every few months, I'm called by someone from Virgin "just calling to inform me of some new offers available to me as a special customer" etc. I've tried being polite I've tried being stern Now I just have to hang up on them Just stop already. If I want something, I'll call you.

@virginmedia Oh and as I'm renting I don't have a Virgin Home phone or account number. So that was a couple of minutes wasted to be told that there are no problems.

@virginmedia ok so why cant i get cable channels just bbc1 2 and itv so paying for cable and Netflix that I cant get is annoying. I've switched all off at the plugs left then rebooted 4 times now to no avail ???? pointless calling as system isn't customer friendly, don't work
