    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @virginmedia Your customer text/WhatsApp grass grows quicker and it is discriminatory to those with learning difficulties. Not good virgin should be better at inclusivity.

    @virginmedia It says there’s no issue when there is. I discussed at length with your team on the phone and was put through to technical dept to put the order through then ended up back at square one. This all happened because I want to cancel and this is the last ditch attempt to stay…

    @virginmedia Sent out an engineer a few weeks ago and he just changed the router. Made no difference. Last person I spoke to (in Manila I think) told me that the problem would be sorted once and for all in 24 hours. All rubbish. Just trying to get me off the phone. WiFi issues EVERY day now.

    @virginmedia Hi, i just got a new package set up last month and it is awful, i keep losing WiFi connection the tv stops working just like it's restarting. Very annoying something is not right😫

    @virginmedia No complaint open. I called this morning, when I was told the refund would now not be happening. Again, that's not what it says on your website and contrary to the email I received two months ago. I fear filling in a form will be a complete waste of time. You need to do better.

    @RobbieVincent I’ve been with virgin media for 6 years with no problems Robbie , they even run a new fibre optic cable free of charge … I’ve never heard of them charging £25 for a missed appointment unless it’s something new they’ve introduced

    @virginmedia I was just told it was a mistake by one of the customer service team. Not really acceptable. It states on the website the early free will be waved if you can't continue to provide the service.

    Beat this if you can or am I opening a can of worms. Two messages since Thursday from #VirginMedia reminding me if I missed a technician visit today Monday it will cost me £25. Three more messages. One said with you in 10 minutes. No technician. R Virgin still this bad?
