Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@virginmedia I realise you're having TV problems but it seems to have seeped into the broadband The internet keeps losing connection briefly which is causing issues with streams We, as well as friends on the other side of the country, had this exact issue a few weeks ago as well
