Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

Mark Brookes (@BrookesComms) reported from Frome, England
@Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

Jay (@jsquires1990) reported
@virginmedia You also say it’s capable of handling M200, I don’t have an issue with the handling of the speed in modem mode it’s a dream but as a router it can’t handle 20+ devices that connect at random times, that is the issue with the hub. They wouldn’t even entertain pods!

nathan davis (@withnail69) reported
