    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @virginmedia Not being funny. I have tried multiple times every day since you provided me with the customer service number and that text said they can't help. I now want to cancel the policy due to virgins incompetence

    @virginmedia Yes I eventually got through this morning and spoke to a very helpful representative. Never had a reply to my online ‘chat’ though. I don’t know why it has to be so difficult. It’s not just because of Covid. It’s always been the same trying to contact Virgin.

    How do @virginmedia justify upping their prices again ? The broadband has become a joke, can never get through to Customer Services, intermittent service for over a week having to repeatedly turn it off & on again.

    Very poor customer service from @virginmedia - line cuts off and can't speak to anyone. I want to close my account as the line is intermittent, and can't speak to anyone. Shocking

    @legrandehomme @virginmedia Cheers - I was suspicious from the start but played along as we are experiencing Internet issues and he described them very well but as soon as we went anywhere near handing over control I hung up

    @leetvtech @virginmedia It is just as bad with BT. Playing a game and i get disconnected like the router has a lag switch but its instantly reconnected.
