    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia The light for signal keeps going amber. Last Friday we was told it’s faulty and a new one was being sent out. We got cut off while he put me on hold

    @virginmedia According to the app there wasn’t now there is but the problem is not the outage it’s the actual v6 box that has a hard drive problem you look up green screen dvr error message and you get told you need a new box and to contact virgin media

    @virginmedia … there is a total outage of broadband and TV in the E8 area of Hackney from yesterday, and virgin media has not fix the problem and has now extended it until 21, 20 hours. How unearth are they allowed to get away with it?

    @virginmedia broadband has gone out again, so into day two of patchy internet service which your service status checker on your website refuses to acknowledge despite your hub tester confirming the connection is problematic. 😴

    @virginmedia We having been trying to leave your service since November last year and have moved to another provider.We paid a final bill in December but you continue to bill us and send threatening letters.We have again paid another bill for a service we do not use
