Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

@virginmedia n top of that we are not even getting half of the speed we paid for and we can never get through to anyone on the phone and have been waiting for assistance since many days on the texting facility, we are going around in circles. Pls consider this a complaint on top
