The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I only had Virgin Media providing "to the property" fibre, my alternatives were BT and 60mbp/s outside of them prior. Hopefully as they grow they'll reach you too
