@virginmedia No known issues, I now have broadband again but it’s still low and the ping is very high when doing tests. I’m also in the process of trying to upgrade my broadband due to the Volt benefit but I’m told there is a shortage of Hub4

@virginmedia On your side yes, but on my contract & email I get, it states the discount until the end of my contract. Hence the complaint which you keep on cancelling. Now, just tell me there is nothing you can do & I will contact your solicitors, give them the evidence and cancel my contract

@virginmedia "The team" is an automated telephone system that wont let you speak to anyone. And a link to that sends you round in circles testing everything for the umpteenth time. Not very customer friendly at all 😡 so frustrating.

@virginmedia @virginmedia pre installation team who seems to be based out of the Philippines has the most shocking customer service. The customer service team cannot help due to the fact I have no active service due to my service move still not complete. Shocking company 2/2

@virginmedia Avoid avoid avoid #VirginMedia. Even if they have the best deal or fastest web with years of good service. The second you need them to step up they'll let you down and make your life miserable. They used to be ok - I've worked for them when Yorkshire Cable & Telewest. So bad.
