The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. Julybird (@Julybird) reported@y_alibhai @virginmedia Change your internet provider. Or ring their cancellation number and they'll likely push heaven and earth to help you then. If they don't, definitely change. I was with them years ago, absolute rubbish of a service.
