    Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

    @virginmedia I have called , did WhatsApp tried to reach to no avail. I have paid almost 200 pounds for a service which I can't even use because I have left the country. Please let me know what can be done here. If required I can share my personal number and we can talk this through

    @virginmedia getting a text message at 8:45 the night before my install date to tell me it’s postponed is pure cowardace. Please speak to your customers to explain why. I work from home, and don’t have an internet connection. I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years.

    @virginmedia useless customer services. First contacted you at 16.40 on whatsapp. Did not get a response until 20.26. They have taken so long to respond to each of the security questions they are now logging off for the night!

    @virginmedia Yes I have spoken to someone and cancelled my contract. I was lied to on multiple occasions and misled into a new deal. Shocking service.

    @virginmedia Then was told to cancel everything apparently I was set as a new customer and there would be a an early cancellation charge (this is all within 2 days from the end of my contract)
