The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. Your tortuous phone tree system makes talking to the right people very difficult, having to phone for the best deal instead of being offered it by daily is predatory and unnecessary, you know the problems so fix them
