    Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

    @virginmedia I've been through this all with the person I spoke to - I can't access my email mailbox on my webmail, no. It says mailbox not available (and no it won't let me change my password). And as I said, I was told the problem was at Virgin's end so ought you not to be aware of it?

    @virginmedia You've told 4 different times in 24 hours that's fobbing off to me but sure I'll go ANOTHER 20 hours without service that I'm already overpaying for .. This better be taken off the bill cause its already ridiculous what I'm paying for without being able to use it

    Never, ever in my life have I dealt with a worse company than @virginmedia . After 90 minutes of being passed around after 2 months of ongoing issue, the agent laughs at me and hangs up. I'm shaking.

    @BigJackBrass @virginmedia They are 100% fine until you ever have to do absolutely anything whatsoever to your services. Literally anything, including changing them or adding to them even is a nightmare. Absolutely appalling customer service. Much sympathies.
