    Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

    @virginmedia @virginmedia my next door neighbour has today had another engineer out as we're both having the same issue, the engineer has once again confirmed it's an issue with the Comms box and it's still not fixed with either of us

    @virginmedia Yes I was within contract but they told me I wouldn’t be charged if I cancelled early as long as I had an engineer come out 3 times within 30 days, I had already had issues twice where the engineer came out within 15 days and then 10 days later the streets internet went down ?

    .@virginmedia I've been kept on hold for 43 mins before being disconnected and again for another 53 mins before being disconnected. Can someone reach out to me so I can get up and running? Not a great start for a new customer.

    @WakeExpress @virginmedia @weareopenreach after 8 months of working from home in Sandal, why is my internet speed so poor compared to my colleagues in Leeds, Doncaster and even Goole! South Wakefield deserves FTTP make it happen!

    @virginmedia intermittent media should be your name.WiFi not working at all and wired Internet is connected then disconnected every 2 mins.problem in my area you say... its been like this constantly for a month with a good day here or there... no streaming for me till its sorted.
