@virginmedia How does one reduce one's package (don't say ice), I am currently on M350 and would like to reduce it to a lower-priced tariff. I have checked on the website but it is broken and from what I can see you can only sign up and increase payments online. @Ofcom

@virginmedia There are issues and we keep getting told it will 24 hrs and should be sorted, it is now 7 days! I have hung on for about an hour now over 3 calls and get no answer! Terrible service !

@tomhfh @virginmedia @O2 This was always never talked about enough. Mandating free roaming meant that the cost base of all users was higher. Typically people travelling all over Europe tend to have higher disposable incomes and so the policy resulted in less well off customers subsiding the better off.
