@virginmedia Thanks it took me about 4 hours per day over 3 days to get help on WhatsApp. I understand everyone is under pressure with Covid but no other company is as bad as this, it was shockingly disappointing.

@virginmedia I have a ongoing complaint which hasn’t been dealt with both via mail and online support. The last 4 months. Received a call from your call centre pretending to be talking to me directly and taking security details. They stupidly left a voicemail this is a concern!
