@virginmedia the worst customer service award should be on your shelves as I got a right good complaint not dealt with missold contracts and all through what’s app chat so have the screen shots no one will sort

@virginmedia Yes. Multiple. All logged. Spent 30 minutes on helpline. The box is glitchy and wifi is intermittent. Told to wait 3-5 days for help.
