  @MickHarkin8 @0xTim @virginmedia They don’t just extend it, you have to order new one before old one ends to avoid being without internet. That problem has not been fixed yet. You’d think they would have good customer experience when it comes to it

  Virgin media has gone again today and what a surprise can’t talk to anyone via telephone as it won’t let u so kids can’t do there work again and I can’t work so I’m losing money not working someone needs to contact me actually phone me not give me links that are bloody useless

  @virginmedia for the last few weeks my internet has been absolutely useless, cuts out 3-6 times per day, I work from home so a good connection is vital to me and I don't understand why I am paying you so much for a service that does not work.

  @Ofcom how can I make a complaint against virgin media for a year my tv was poor they made me upgrade internet now for this whole year I lose internet every day and I cannot contact them as it won’t let you I have lost work days and my kids have lost exam and study days
