@virginmedia Yes we spoke about the compensation scheme and I was told they can't give me any information other than if I qualify I'll get a cheque in the post when the issue is resolved.

@virginmedia was due to have broadband installed last week in a rented property. Didn’t go ahead as I forgot to respond to email with landlord info etc. It’s been one week now since I sent the response and haven’t heard back yet about a new installation date. Help plz

@virginmedia Internet has been intermittent on and off for 3 days. TV service has been spluttering during the day, although that seems to be ok now. No problems shown for either in your services check for my area. Router reset, unplugged etc etc. It's a service issue. Not the equipment
