@virginmedia @virginmedia I have tried repeatedly. Sunday I was unable to get any response despite trying for hours. And today, 789 was insistent I must pre-pay for an impossibility! But unable to explain why. This entire experience has been terrible.

@virginmedia Just the yellow one at the bottom. I've been over the various resets with your phone team a few times and none of them have been able to sort. The hub is clearly not working correctly and needs and engineer to fix it.

I called them on 27 Sep & had another 30 min phone call getting passed around departments. They concluded that there was no record of them agreeing to the cancelation fee being wavered. But @virginmedia aren't your phone calls recorded? Do you not make notes on customer accs?

@virginmedia My internet speeds are showing as normal, but it's taking a while to load web pages, i'm lagging on Discord and Games, i've tried calling but offices are closed. I have restarted the router several times, this is affecting both wired and wireless devices. Help please
