    @virginmedia what an absolute joke... cant access online due to this new Virgin media / O2 login. I do not have access to the email account and rang customer services to change it. Still no joy

    @virginmedia What's happening virgin media? Can't gain access to my account because you've decided to make me link it to an O2 id account, I'm not at O2 customer. What is the point of offering a service which clearly doesn't work.

    @AlisonLMercer @O2 @virginmedia Yes there are loads affected. There’s a Facebook group specifically for problems with Virgin and this problem is highlighted significantly.

    @virginmedia @chaitu99 Unbelievable that it’s taking so long. The trouble shooting step in your link is saying to register for a Virgin Media account but we already have an account.

    @virginmedia please can someone contact me. I no longer have access to the e-mail address associated with my account, therefore cannot login to my virgin media and cannot change the e-mail address associated. Help! Also your internet is awful at the moment but can't run any tests

    @virginmedia Believe it or not, still no change. It says that the email linked to my account is [object OBJECT] so I can’t link it to my virgin media 02. I’ve told god knows how many advisors this and no one is helping. I’m getting tempted to cancel and go back to sky

    @virginmedia I’ve been with Virgin Media for two weeks and haven’t been able to log into my account, I’ve spoken to so many advisors who tell me to wait anywhere between 24-72 hours and try again. Terrible costumer service so far, no one seems to have a clue what they’re doing.
