    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia - I’ve been without internet for over a week now. I’m on your priority list as I have a disabled child here - and have been with you since you were NTL Telewest (1996 - 30 years). Makes no difference. Every attempt to fix my problem is unsuccessful. I’m in despair.

    @virginmedia my constantly fault landline is unavailable yet again. This must be the fourth or fifth time this has happened and you cannot arrange a fix online. What is the point of an online help facility that does not help? What is the address for a formal complaint?

    @virginmedia how come my bill has jumped from £55 to £72 mid contract? I understand it's April and a small price increase is expected but £17 is taking the mick. With the issues I've had lately @sky is looking more tempting.

    @virginmedia There's been no sudden power loss that could cause corruption or any factors like that, every other recording available on the box is perfectly watchable, and the recording was complete (as mentioned above). It seems to only be those 3 channels that closed that i'm having issues

    I’ve just been given Netflix ( I know I’m late to getting it ) by VirginMedia. The first show I’ve started watching is Breaking Bad ( I know I’m late to watching that too ) My question is should I stick with it as I’m 3 shows in and not sure what all the fuss was about yet?
