The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia @primevideouk One of my most dangerous operations was getting involved with virgin. They let anyone port your phone number, without even bothering to tell you. They then clam up when you ask for an explanation of how poor their security is. AVOID AVOID.

@virginmedia The issue I’ve never really experienced before. So it will stay connected but there will be an outage for around 20 seconds where nothing will load and it will freeze, then it will continue. You never know when it will happen.

@virginmedia Yes I have used that It should have been back on 5 hours ago No update whatsoever and when you try to speak to someone in customer service you wither get hung up on or copy and paste replies I need to catch up on lost work from this

@virginmedia please reach out, I’ve been trying to move house with you but I’m not getting any calls or contact back despite having spoken to customer service on phone and live chat multiple times! Nobody seems to know what they’re doing.
