    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia I was given a complaint number on Thursday night and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything

    @virginmedia it's not just placing an order. We can't even cancel the account WE are the one paying for but well, if you can't do anything I suppose the option is to look for external help as it doesn't seems very legal thanks anyway, have a good day

    @virginmedia It’s ok I’m leaving and a complaint is I. As I’m not happy I’m not getting g 5G and your putting price up also. I was told buy an agent I can’t get 5G on my sim only when I enquired recently so I was told a pack of lies. And is and iPhone so it should be supported device.
