    @virginmedia 8 weeks on since I REsubmitted a GDPR breach complaint after my first was closed for no reason, I have still heard nothing from @virginmedia ..... 😡

    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia As per them it’s a third party who manages the pull requests and they don’t have much info. I would like to understand here how do I have my contact cancelled here as I nvr had service and though have passed 15 days period as I tried to get that cancelled over call but didnt help

    @virginmedia They don't do anything , they say they do, but nothing ever happens they are rude to speak to. This has been going on since August/September. We have tried every means of contact now and noone wants to provide a service. NEXT STEP??????????

    Great - @virginmedia still down since yesterday evening - Now showing as being ‘repaired’ by the 5th November on the status check - Not ideal for WFH - Hopefully you’ll be refunding for downtime

    @virginmedia Will do Thankyou. When they installed they burst the gas pipe so just installed it in the closest area. It was fine but now we want it installed properly we’ve been chasing with emails for 2 years and still never heard back from any complaints

    @virginmedia Intermittent signal. Terribly inconsistent speeds of down and uploads. Seriously affected capacity to do our jobs. I’ve had to work elsewhere today, husband planning to work offline. Really difficult!
