    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia I was given a complaint number on Thursday night and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything

    @virginmedia I spoke to Frances on Wednesday and an engineer was booked for today. After a no-show, my wife called support who advised no engineer was booked at all. After being asked about possible compensation as our Saturday plans now have to be rearranged the advisor hung up.

    Lucky me, 10 hours of broadband access. Well, it was nice while it lasted. Too much internet can’t be good for you, I’m sure. Also, WTF @virginmedia? It’s Day 5 without internet. But I guess you can now claim problems are “intermittent” You win! Now do something about it

    @virginmedia It's all been sorted now, I finally managed to speak to someone who had a brain and they confirmed the information i had been given was wrong and a complaint has been made.

    @virginmedia Hi MT, Thx for your reply. Just to confirm, I can cancel my contract and there won't be any issues with my wife signing up a new contract under her name? As it will be a new contract, will be get new equipment and keep our land-line number?

    @virginmedia I was getting speeds of less than 10Mbps when I’m on the 1Gb connection. I managed to resolve this issue by restarting the hub. But for some reason your service checker wasn’t working really slow response or and error
