    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    Reported a case of identity theft to @virginmedia over a month ago and have heard nothing. Emails just bounce back and their customer service advisors don’t seem to know how to handle this type of query. Really frustrating.

    @virginmedia your online chat service is ****. I contacted to get a PAC number and after 20 minutes of going around in circles they cut me off. I've this month been charged £30 for phone use. Odd, as no phone has been connected to that line for 10 years. Will cancel next week

    @chipzel Phone calls are recorded, tell them you want to cancel, end of discussion, put it in writing and reference the phone call time and date, send it to them, bush bash bosh, **** off virgin media. You're well within your rights.
