    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia 8 weeks on since I REsubmitted a GDPR breach complaint after my first was closed for no reason, I have still heard nothing from @virginmedia ..... 😡

    @virginmedia I've been told a few times today that my price plan doesn't cover me getting free boosters. You want me to upgrade my plan to get the boosters. I complain about not getting the product I pay for and your resolution is to up sell me. What a lovely company you are virgin media.

    @virginmedia Engineers have said everything is fine but clearly it is not when all I’m getting is constant packet loss and the speeds are just not up to standard when I’m paying £54 a month I should be getting better ever since I’ve had the hub 4 it’s been ****

    @Spittoon2013 @virginmedia Is it a MoCA POE filter? It shouldn't have any effect on the WiFi signal 'cos it's in the cable to the router.
