    @virginmedia I was given a complaint number on Thursday night and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything

    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia And once again @virginmedia your Managers have not called me back. This has been on going since 6pm Thursday 31/3.... So nearly 6 days ago I got told a manager would call me back within 24 hrs. I have even lodged a complaint but the manager dealing with it won't call me back 🤬

    @virginmedia Contacted VM tech, VM imputed incorrect email, tried laptop and phone cleared cache. Email and Mobile unrecognised due to VM CS imput incorrect email, cut off twice and I couldn't understand the Operative, issue continues
