    @virginmedia I was given a complaint number on Thursday night and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything

    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia 8 weeks on since I REsubmitted a GDPR breach complaint after my first was closed for no reason, I have still heard nothing from @virginmedia ..... 😡

    @virginmedia My second complaint was forwarded straight onto them and I never heard anything back. I will try and email them directly myself, thank you

    @virginmedia that's fine but I'm wanting to know why engineers havent bothered turning up for 3 appointments - Fri 7th, Sat 8th and Mon 10th October - there was no problems with your systems then???? so in that respect my broadband services are affected in that Virgin havent supplied a 1/2

    @virginmedia guys messaged 3 times now and no response, I have no Internet and have no idea if the fault is with my router or if Internet is down in my area, customer services said they can't help me as their systems are down and I can't work without the wifi

    @virginmedia are there issues in the LE5 2 area? Our TiVo box keeps restarting on its own - 5 times in the space of 90mins this morning 🙄. Tried doing the online test and it just keeps saying “can’t run a test right now”.

    @virginmedia Hi! Are you able to confirm to me that there are works going on affecting the broadband in DL1 4 please? The wifi at the mo is shockingly bad/practically non existent. I can’t get to talk to anyone on the phone…as usual 😖 Thank you.

    @BoboJess_ @virginmedia Same here and when you call uo they send a text to a link that does work rubbish service
