    @virginmedia 8 weeks on since I REsubmitted a GDPR breach complaint after my first was closed for no reason, I have still heard nothing from @virginmedia ..... 😡

    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia I was given a complaint number on Thursday night and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything

    @virginmedia Issue was resolved after very helpful and knowledgeable engineer came (Pete 63042). Hub 3 was the issue and was replaced. Thanks

    @virginmedia I've sent you a link to the post codes in Bromsgrove, that is as much use as part of my postcode. I've let you know, I've told you Bromsgrove and you have a problem if you look at Facebook as there are loads of complaints, I assume about the same guy.

    @VirginMediaIE Today Discovery announced that they are scrapping the CNN+ streaming service, can you confirm if the channel will be returning to Virgin Media, it is still available on Sky and when you removed the channel you cited that this was being done because of CNN+?

    @virginmedia I've received a bill for April but I never actually used your service as I didn't have a compatible socket so cancelled. Trying to sign in, I'm told my email address and account number are not recognised.

    @amy_clare95 @virginmedia What should you be getting? 50 ish is ok if it's a steady 50.. I have 350mb so most things are fine. What people forget is most stuff is server and only as good as it. Streams can be ****
