The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia Its ok, as far as I know, the problem was entirely caused by using the VM Connect app, as soon as I got the phone to ignore that as a wifi connection the problem was solved

@virginmedia Yes. Trying to give months notice to cancel account found better deal elsewhere. Bring told disconnect fee etc. It ends on 20/3.

@virginmedia @virginmedia So despite your promises of looking into the problem and your assurance that you would get back to me, it is now two weeks later and I am still waiting for any kind of an update...... 3 months with no broadband and this isn't even a third world country!!!

@virginmedia Unfortunately not - otherwise I wouldn't have messaged you here. Can you send me a link to a complaint form that actually works as the one on the site gets me to log in and then says I have to call, which is why I want to write a complaint as I've called this morning already.
