The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia I was given a complaint number on Thursday night and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything

@virginmedia how can I be paying for 200 speed and only getting 16.6 mbps and on certain days it’s even gone down to kbps. I have been a loyal customer for years.

@BeckyEverson @virginmedia It works well for me and always has... The people that are complaining would probably complain about the sun only giving light in the day and not the night then call it poor service

If anyone is looking for broadband/TV services then I would urge you to stay away from @virginmedia. After being a customer for over 6 years I have had a horrific experience arranging changes to my package and a house move over the last couple of weeks. A thread...

@colh79 @virginmedia Wouldn’t necessarily say I’m a new customer, I pay £49 for this currently so not next to nothing but took a good 4 hours of haggling on the webchat to get the deal

@virginmedia The fact that I have been repeatedly misled. That there was an install due today, but would not be done. That my job is heavily reliant on internet. That I am in an area of very poor mobile coverage. That while I appreciate the thought of mobile access, it won't work.
