    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia I was given a complaint number on Thursday night and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything

    @virginmedia since yesterday our WiFi is not working. We Called customer service and we were told that there is a problem in the area. It’s now the next day and it’s still not working. Is there still a problem with WiFi in the Haringey area and if so when will it be fixed?

    @virginmedia No I am not clicking any link, you have the address and new address you were supposed to send packaging to now getting text messages as well, send the packaging you said you would and you’ll get your “super hub” back, lif I receive one more email or text I’m making a complaint.

    @virginmedia Down again today, trying to work from home.... check the service page which says ‘no known issues’ as always. Having connection issues at least once a day, every day. Last time I tried calling VM, I was on hold for 45 mins before giving up.

    @virginmedia Not at all ... he just said could be any 100 of reasons and why I needed, when I ask I need to know, he said could be car broke down ... what can you say, that's virgin customer care. No point of complaining, no one care

    @virginmedia Let's put it this way. Everytime I call ur call centre I have a bad experience coz ur staff are not very bright, they give rubbish advice and they take forever over completing small tasks.
