The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia … yet your website states that up to 11 devices can be connected on the package I have (200mbps). The tech team also said that the service working properly relies on a wired connection. The T&Cs don’t reflect this (even if they dud, why wasn’t I informed?)

  • MadLadJoe Joe 🎗️🐷 (@MadLadJoe) reported

@virginmedia the upload speed is fluxuating from 0.3 up to 100 and i cant even access the service site becuase when i click check service status it doesnt even load. all of the sockets are in tightly

  • iain_mac Mostly Hearts (@iain_mac) reported

@virginmedia SM team with no account access? What's the point in that? I'd have thought that, like most companies, you'd be aiming for First Contact Resolution? I've now went through your exhausting chat bot questions & I'm in a queue for a human. Thanks.

  • Chops8592 Rohan (@Chops8592) reported

@O2 Hi, thanks the response. I’ve tried the website, and when I click on to see the offers it takes me to virgin media’s website. I click on the “I’m an o2 and VM customer” option there, then it asks me to sign into o2 so I’m trapped in the cycle of signing into both sites

  • joe__johnson__ Joe Johnson (@joe__johnson__) reported

@virginmedia Based on this I should be able to cancel my contract penalty free but I keep being told this isn’t possible so I’ve no choice but to escalate the issue to ofcom. On top of that the customer service has been diabolical. I’ve been given different excuses by different departments
