    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia I have spend the last two hour speaking to more then 7 people to try arrange my internet broadband that was meant to be installed on Saturday. It is now Tuesday and I have got nowhere. Absolutely disgusting service from @virginmedia

    @virginmedia The fact that I have been repeatedly misled. That there was an install due today, but would not be done. That my job is heavily reliant on internet. That I am in an area of very poor mobile coverage. That while I appreciate the thought of mobile access, it won't work.
