@virginmedia 8 weeks on since I REsubmitted a GDPR breach complaint after my first was closed for no reason, I have still heard nothing from @virginmedia ..... 😡

The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply, it was both wired and non wired. We spoke to a neighbour and they were having issues too, so must have been a fault on the line. Looks like it's back to normal this morning though 🤞

@virginmedia For the 3rd time, your "existing" customer deals are MORE EXPENSIVE than for a new customer. Where's the customer loyalty? And why are these "great deals" not advertised? Reason: you make it up per person. I can easily become a new customer by cancelling and rejoining, as I said.

@virginmedia Duh, this is the whole problem. Why not? Why can't an existing customer get the same price for the same deal? So far, all you've said is what everyone knows, but you're lacking one thing: a valid reason why a new and existing customer pay different prices for the same service.

@virginmedia I had tried to get through to your service team, however there were excessive wait times and I also waited on live chat for sometime to no avail. Poor service overall, which was reflected in my feedback. I assume I’ll just have to wait and just cancel my direct debit.

@virginmedia You seriously need to re train call centre staff ,password required 3 times in 5 mins on internal handover 😖poor hand overs ,had to state issue all over again every time, no run through T&Cs .
