    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia I was given a complaint number on Thursday night and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything

    @virginmedia Reading the comments here it’s quite clear that your service is not fit for the purpose stated in your adverts . So your liars that take money for a service you don’t provide . That’s theft isn’t it . Certainly feels that way .

    Hi @virginmedia, your internet has been utterly **** for weeks, and it’s been down all day today. How can you justify putting your prices up across the board when the service you supply is utter crap? What are you going to do to compensate your customers for this?
