The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia I was with my dad, and we were were going to change all of his stuff, but it was pathetic how the two call handlers treated us. No respect at all and seemed very pleased not to help.

@virginmedia singularly the LEAST helpful advice ever. this is the same automated line that identifies my postcode, says there's an issue, but offers no additional update. I KNOW I'm still have issues, many days on. second time in a matter of months I have extended issues. no refund either.

@virginmedia I have called multiple times. Every time they say it's an area issue ("SNR issue" is all I've been told) that will be fixed by 6pm, but every time it isn't. They aren't able to tell me what is going on and why it's taking so long. Please tell me what is happening.

@virginmedia I've been without internet now for 3 full days. Every day I've called Support, who have insisted it's an area issue that will be fixed by 6pm. Your Status page says no issues. Twice now I've been sent messages saying "problem fixed" when it isn't. What is happening?

@virginmedia now 23 days without Virgin TV, up to 10 failed call backs, 25+ customer service calls. SLA of IT ticket was 2/11. 2 engineer visits. Now been told I’ve been lied to 5 times and 1 time they messed up an escalation. encouraged to leave by virgin staff multiple times
