@virginmedia trying to register an online account but can’t as I don’t have the two digit code needed. All other information I have on correspondence. Can you please help ?

The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia We have the app but can’t use it as the wifi is so intermittent. It’s not the signal that needs boosting, it just needs to be consistent. It’s a gamble every day on whether it works or not. When it works it’s fine, when it doesn’t we get nothing. No phones, no TV, nothing.

@virginmedia Just got off the phone to your company, customer service has been so bad that I have put an order in place to transfer to another provider. Never again!

@virginmedia I’m afraid I’ve done that and nothing happened. Respectfully, a public chat forum is not a substitute for a complaints team. I’m yet to see evidence you have a single person to handle complaints. If you want to fix this please call me, but your call centre team can do nothing.

@virginmedia Finally managed to speak to a human so I'm just hoping now that all issues can be resolved. Pity I had to connect on here in the first place. 😡

@virginmedia Not unplanned, virgin is being installed across our area they've been digging up everywhere. Even if unplanned why not knock on her door before starting so she could move it? I feel it's bad she's expected to have to ask every time wants to go out. It's been going on weeks now.

@virginmedia I’ve cancelled my contract now and have arranged with @bt_uk who are having a mini hub sent out to me so I should have a connection sooner than Thursday . The service from virgin hasn’t been great for weeks and looking at your Twitter feed it’s a common occurrence

@virginmedia Cables were not attached at the junction box so had to be set back up. It was a Virgin Media problem.
