The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia Yes, repeatedly. Even replaced the HDMI cable as doing this so often broke the connection. I have restarted the whole system repeatedly as well. I have done everything that has been suggested and still being confronted with incompetence from everyone in customer services

@virginmedia @virginhelp @richardbranson I have raised complaints at least 4 times if not more what ever I say it appears to get watered down nothing has moved forward, I asked for a senior managers call/contact me no one has ever called.All I want is a firm install date or a temp solution.

@virginmedia Finally get through and tell details - put you through to deactivation team. Fine, tell all details again. Now waiting to be put through to 'our house move team'! Sent back. Any chance of keeping me left after this nonsense. The easier it is to cancel, the more likely i'd stay.

@virginmedia What I do know is that if they fix it on the 29th I will have been receiving 4% of my "upgraded" speed and 6% of my old speed and will have been unable to watch most of the channels I'm paying for for over 40 days while paying over £130 a month.

@virginmedia Hi, I opted out of marketing mails over 2 years ago but am still receiving them. No number of your site has an option to discuss anything other than broadband, TV or phone, and all 3 want account details (I'm not a customer). This is in breach of the opt-out terms
