The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia I’m beginning to think you don’t want customers or money. Slot booked in Aug date now rebooked to end of October. If you can’t provide service why bother committing? Could have gone elsewhere? So £5.25 a day comp £300 which is roughly what the yearly BB contract is

@virginmedia Last night. I'm going to master reset tje now and put on router mode, then turn back on to modem. It should work for a week then back to square 1. The problem is nothing has changed apart from it being a hub 5.
