The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

So in short, @virginmedia, go **** yourselves and your predatory business practices, you bureaucratic money-grubbing pricks. Chase the right person for the debt or waive it, I don’t care, just train your staff better and leave me alone. This situation is kafkaesque beyond belief.

@virginmedia I am not sure. I raised one on 18/03/22 but it was closed with no solution on 21/03/22. I’m so distressed about this charge and your service has been appalling! Having an advisor laugh down the phone was awful

@virginmedia I have, but still no outcome. I keep trying to call regarding compensation for a 36 day (so far) delay after promised installation, but I keep getting passed department to department with no solution. You have never once actually contacted me about this, I have to call you!
