The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

I don't do this often but I have had the worst experience with @virginmedia - rude staff, techs not showing up 3 days in a row and now they've lost my complaint..if you're considering a move to them just don't bother #donotrecommend

@virginmedia About to head home and I will try a different browser when I get there. I was using Chrome here and was finding many different pages on your main site going to that same broken page.

@virginmedia It is in response to a faulty Home Hub 3. I'm being told it will take a month to get a new hub sent out. This is just completely ridiculous! I've been promised calls back that have never materialised and have now spent the last 90 mins on the phone, trying to get someone to help

@virginmedia I am not going to be calling the number. You have my complaint number. I will simply raise another complaint complaining about your lack of interest in dealing with my complaint. Never again will I ever have a contract with Virgin, it has been a nightmare from start to finish.
