The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia They probably did mention it but I can’t remember, and I just know it won’t happen. Almost a full week with no services whatsoever. Im over it. I’ll probably just cancel my direct debit and continue using my mobile data as a hotspot. Less problems with that.

@virginmedia No, simply told there is nothing which can reduce the price. Having been a customer for 16 years and never missing a payment it is a bit of a joke as I could get it cheaper as a new customer, infact I could get more services
