    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia Well the promised return call never materialised. Not great for a communications company. Wish I hadn’t bothered and will now be looking to return to EE where I have had years of trouble free service. I will also consider moving my broadband and tv services away.

    @O2 I’ve just signed up for a sim only plan that gives double data if I have @virginmedia but it never asked me to add it. Does it do that after the sim arrives?

    @virginmedia @virginmedia an hour and 20 mins and I have finally got to the point where they have booked an engineer in. 3 days away and at an awful time but that is to be expected baring in mind how useless this process has been

    @virginmedia Appalling service lied to multiple times by customer service engineer turned up without the necessary equipment to do the job we were promised he would return the same day but he didn't another call to customer service someone will ring me within 48 hours no one

    Weak signal 2 ******* feet away from a @virginmedia router, useless ******* company! Upgrades about a month ago? Or should I say downgrades cos their tech team are so far beyond crap they actually make Sky employees look amazingly good - and that's literally impossible!!

    @virginmedia your online help page is rubbish, I have been taken round in circles trying to report a fault with my landline, and this comes after I dialled 150 on said landline the automated system told me I was being put through to an advisor but the line just went dead!
