@virginmedia I was with my dad, and we were were going to change all of his stuff, but it was pathetic how the two call handlers treated us. No respect at all and seemed very pleased not to help.

The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia - spent in total of 3 hours being transferred from pillar to post. Finally got to the retention team and the agent decided to just disconnect the call as he could not be bothered to talk to the customer. Pathetic service to say the least !

@virginmedia is literally the hardest company to talk to, have been trying to cancel my subscription, yet when I get through they cut me off, not once, not twice but 9 times. Is this how you keep your customers? Over an hour wait each time too, worst customer experience ever!

@Cuttsrich @virginmedia Try saying for 6 months with no action by @virginmedia Actually, they did send an engineer who didn't fix the intermittent issue, but said he would return but didn't, neither reported his visit to virgin. So back in the never ending and unfruitful customer "service" loop. Ofcom
