The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia I was with my dad, and we were were going to change all of his stuff, but it was pathetic how the two call handlers treated us. No respect at all and seemed very pleased not to help.

@virginmedia I have raised 1 complaint on phone,1 complaint via your website form and a member of staff passed my issue/ complaint to her manager and still no contact from any one of my complaints. Customer service is ridiculous. Once you have your money customers don't matter.

I am starting to regret the day I joined @virginmedia for broadband. My contract is up for renewal and they’re trying to charge extortionate rates to continue with them, so I’ve been trying to contact all week via phone and their WhatsApp service.
