They have taken my money, realised that window screen needs calibration and offered date in TWO weeks. 3rd world service

Still say they can't check anything. OMFG what a load of rubbish!!

BT have told me I won’t be getting by Broadband back for a week……it took me about an hour to find a complaints email then they closed my complaint without fixing the problem…..all total *****.
