    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia I was given a complaint number on Thursday night and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything

    @virginmedia UPDATE: 2nd hour long conversation has got us no closer to a new installation date. Waiting to hear back about what's available but no guarantee that Virgin won't cancel the agreed installation date a third time. Getting the feeling that you don't value new customers...

    @virginmedia @Salty_OB An extra £15 is ludicrous. Subscription services usually rise by a few quid at most but never double digits. I’ll be leaving Virgin Media as soon as our contract ends

    @virginmedia Have done both of what you're suggesting. Have reached out to your live chat and have also reached out to customer care team . Yes I am available between 10am and 2pm today. Could I please have someone address my concerns?

    @virginmedia Both and have received speeds of less than 200 mb I have had multiple complaints in currently have a offcom speed complaint in and my services have been restricted due to me withholding payment because I'm sick of being told the same thing that your investigating the issue

    Must thank Keith, the technician from @virginmedia who came out to fix an issue with my broadband today. The time slot I was given was 4pm - 7pm and he arrived at 4.15. Really nice guy, thorough and identified the problem. Great service.

    @virginmedia what a joke of a company you are had nothing but connections issues from the day I joined you had multiple complaints yet you still can't fix the problem told I'd get compensation but no resolution now you have suspended my services ******* fuming!!!!!!!!!!
