    @virginmedia 8 weeks on since I REsubmitted a GDPR breach complaint after my first was closed for no reason, I have still heard nothing from @virginmedia ..... 😡

    @virginmedia I was given a complaint number on Thursday night and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything

    @virginmedia My second complaint was forwarded straight onto them and I never heard anything back. I will try and email them directly myself, thank you

    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @karen_gibson88 @virginmedia That is nice to hear however my service since summer last year has been the worst in 20+ years - yet again promised it would be sorted by Tuesday and still waiting. Maybe a miracle might happen and they will contact me by DM and sort this before I cancel today?

    @virginmedia You don’t reply anyway 🙄 Waiting on a £1400 refund for my elderly grandparent who was promised it back within 30 days last August and 6 months later she still hasn’t got it. Absolutely disgusting way to treat someone.

    @virginmedia useless useless useless customer service. By far the worst company and appalling standards. @Ofcom should be investigating every single day. Formal@complaints process required given the people on the last 2 calls are incapable of understanding #beyondfurious

    @virginmedia But I had been about it going up £5 from £85.50 on 1/3/21 which prompted my call on 21st. Now it’s going up because of my call yesterday as I’ve a second box which I’ve had the entire time. I get stuff goes up but don’t treat customers like this and don’t lie #plentymoreproviders

    @virginmedia And the lack of phone calls back? Broken promises? If you look into my complaint, it is more than the reduction in speed, it is more around the complete lack of up front communications, no contact, no alternative offered, missed promises, wasted hours on hold.....

    @virginmedia We won’t have tenants in. We finally found someone who can help after sitting on hold for far too long. The ability to contact Virgin Media for enqiries that aren’t straight forward is woeful.

    @virginmedia Service is ok. Had a few issues in recent weeks where the connection has gone down but by the time I've actuay got through to someone it's fixed itself (normally after an hour)... Oh and the 12.5% price increase this year is also fantastic
