The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia Do you honestly think that in 8 months of issues I hadn't been to your forum, haven't seen the myriad of posts with the exact same issue? This is exactly the issue everything is pass them onto the next virtual solution. 100% avoidance 0 % fixing your long standing network issues.

@virginmedia No, I rang you up to say I'm still having bad net after a month, sent out new router. And i still had same issues. So i phone up to say I'm trying bt. She said everything is upto date. Please send the router's back.

@virginmedia As I advised in my original post they are useless and all they do i try and sell me a higher package. I constantly have slow speed issues with you. Can you ad ise me. What needs to be done as I want my issue resolved
