The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia Finally got there, I think, although bless the lovely young lady on the phone halfway round the world, I could barely understand a word she was saying. Why can't we have customer support in Britain? Also not happy that I'm being charged £152.50 next month, that is an outrage.

@virginmedia The only agent of yours I spoke to who said could offer me new customer pricing ghosted me so I've given up on that idea. It's too late for me. I just wish to pass on feedback that your system does not work for someone wanting to set up a new account for when they move in.

@virginmedia just wanted to flag how bad your coverage is for SM53JP. No TV since last week and broadband cuts in and out. Your engineer came and flagged a bad line to be replaced on Monday. Still nothing and now a new engineer booked for Saturday…. Groundhog Day sadly.
