    @virginmedia I was given a complaint number on Thursday night and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything

    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia 8 weeks on since I REsubmitted a GDPR breach complaint after my first was closed for no reason, I have still heard nothing from @virginmedia ..... 😡

    Any updates yet @virginmedia? There are still issues in CH63 4JY. I am currently in the Radiotherapy Dept's waiting room at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre with my husband and a room full of others who are awaiting treatment. Both machines are still down.

    @virginhelp @virginmedia despite messaging last night my phones still playing up you said on a reply that it was broadband issue I'm a mobile only customer sort it out its beyond joke now
