    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia 8 weeks on since I REsubmitted a GDPR breach complaint after my first was closed for no reason, I have still heard nothing from @virginmedia ..... 😡

    @virginmedia can you please tell me when the wifi issue and on demand services will be fixed in the BR3 Beckenham area? It’s been weeks. Are we getting a refund for the services we haven’t had and the data charges incurred for internet useage?

    @virginmedia Yes, I have. It says everything is fine but the customer agent said there is a congestion issue. I have reset my router, rebooted it and still nothing.

    @virginmedia Yes done that, never says there’s an issue. Yesterday was so many people saying it was a huge issue in south west and all responses here were call in and report it. And the further diagnostics doesn’t work either, never ending loop of something went wrong please try again!

    @virginmedia They were trying to create a My Virgin Media account and was waiting for the *Confirm my Email" email however it never came through and therefore the account cannot be created. Ideally we would like to see if another email could be sent

    @virginmedia who do I need to take out in order to my hands on a WiFi booster? Or a router that will actually work in a small 2 bed terraced house? Struggling to get a reliable signal upstairs and even in the adjacent room to where the router is

    @virginmedia constant internet dropouts, no service disruption in the area. I've checked all cables and factory reset the hub multiple times. I've done literally everything in the troubleshooting guides. It's been 3 days PLEASE let me speak to a human.
