@virginmedia It will look much like the other screenshots. I get you are trying to be helpful, but it is obviously network, and linked to the upgrade. How do I know? I was 2nd line network support for BTinternet. Anyway, fingers crossed, it seemed to be ok this morning and stable all day.

@virginmedia @alisoncoia I’d like to know how people even got on to the app as I tried constantly and couldn’t. I did notice that if I clicked to say I was an o2 customer I got further whereas I was kicked out if I clicked virgin media customer.
