    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia I was with my dad, and we were were going to change all of his stuff, but it was pathetic how the two call handlers treated us. No respect at all and seemed very pleased not to help.

    @virginmedia Yeah it says there's an issue in my area and the estimated fix is at 18:00 which has been the same for 4 days now

    @virginmedia The issue was resolved within 4 hours or so, but it was enough to ruin my stream. It's back now, but it would have been nice to have a timeframe, rather than just the day.

    Virgin media really do take the biscuit. They’ve just told me that my new cost will be £39 a month higher than anything they’ve quoted me. £40 a month more than they would charge a new customer. I feel another ceo email coming on. His office were meant to have sorted this out.

    @virginmedia Our wifi is not working. Theres just a green signal on the box lighting up using 4g right now this wifi has been so bad since we bought it.

    @virginmedia Hi sorry but think u misunderstood my tweet. I have no issues right now but do sometimes. Especially in middle of the night when TiVo box automatically updates or I just lose internet. I presumed its because your doing maintenance at these times. I pray it won't happen tonight 🙏

    @virginmedia after nearly 2 hours on chat with your team on Weds to resolve internet issues we were promised a manager would call but still not heard. As you have broken contract by not delivering what we pay for we have no option but to cancel our direct debit. Can you sort?

    @virginmedia We know what the problem is @virginmedia #virginmedia The WiFi capability of the Hub 3 is pathetic and commonly complained about with poor connectivity over a small distance. Why you use such crappy tech with super fast BB is beyond me.

    Takes 30 mins to reach you guys. Attempt 1: took 30 mins and call got cancelled coz of network failure. Call 2: your team couldn’t clarify my doubt, I asked him to put someone else; he put me on hold for long. Call 3: On going.. @virginmedia my query of wrong bill is pending btw
