    @virginmedia I was with my dad, and we were were going to change all of his stuff, but it was pathetic how the two call handlers treated us. No respect at all and seemed very pleased not to help.

    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia No and on speaking with your latest customer team, they said an engineer tried to come and fit the system but that we weren’t home. A lie as the engineer came to our flat and said he didn’t understand why they call centre sent him as his team can’t fit the right socket.

    @virginmedia Ls15 9jp. I'm now informed on the status page that the expected fix is 1pm tomorrow with no explanation what the hold up is. Thud will be nearly 2 days outage. Can I have a firm update please as to the issue and why it is taking so long to rectify? Thank you.

    @virginmedia I have received an email from complaints team saying they have looked into the fact my box hasn’t been delivered, and can confirm it has! How is this a solution. I’m telling you I haven’t received it and multiple people I have spoken to have confirmed this!!!

    @virginmedia Can’t talk to anyone after 200 calls I do get to talk to someone I’m on phone for 40m talking to someone who I can’t understand and who can’t understand me who then tells me to call back. Upping my price without warning and slowing speeds down to a crawl. That’s just the start

    @virginmedia The fix time has changed eight times. It's still not working. It's a shame @virginmedia can't tell me what the problem so I can get an understanding of how big or small it is. Virgin clearly have no idea how long it's going to take as the fix time has changed eight times.

    @virginmedia You’ll be called within 24 hours. It doesn’t happen. It’s a shambles. NOTHING is resolved. It’s comical the level of poor service. Even your social team just point me down another cul-de-sac. To think what we at ITV Sport have produced over the last four weeks. As for you lot 👎🏻
