@virginmedia I really don't think you understand how soul destroying trying to get your call centre to firstly, answer, and secondly not understand the issue...I need to escalate this to someone not reading from a script and able to understand my problem.

@virginmedia How much longer there will be internet issues? Every day I receive text from Virgin, that Virgin has finished work in my area, but no improvement. What's going on? Since middle of September speed fluctuates so badly and most of time I don't get 1/3rd of what should.

Another estimated fix time missed by the mythical technician from @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp. #virginmediadown is a total loss of tv, landline and broadband for 2 days for all customers in my area. Not a resilient network.

@virginmedia Having issues with installing a new box, phoned up for help but being told that it will be passed to Fault Management but I can’t phone them myself…surely I can speak to someone in Fault Management at my convenient time not theirs?

@virginmedia I keep checking the service status page at the times it says the issue will be resolved, to the find the issue isn't resolved and the time of ten fix has been pushed back a few more hours.

@virginmedia I've been trying to message but just keep getting the same paragraph sent to me about being transferred and the service isn't immediate, then asking if I still need help? I got a text saying the issue was fixed but on the website you sent me it still says there's issues?

@virginmedia There’s literally no point in these replies. They give zero new information and infuriate everybody that was waiting on the fix time. @VirginMediaCorp What about some honesty about extent of problem and realistic fix times?
