    @virginmedia It’s not relevant what the service page tells us about this area - the problem is that we have had no internet since Sunday and want to know when we will be reconnected.

    @virginmedia My uploads are sitting at about 2mb's when it should be on about 35+mb's Up Downloads are fine just Upload is the issue. I stream and do YouTube for a living o. o my Stream at points yesterday was at 10% the bit rate it should of been cause the uploads where borked

    @virginmedia Not on this occasion, historically a neighbour had raised the issue via 150 that turned out to be area wide with a due fix of 10th Feb. Sort of going round in circles. I know one neighbour has left Virgin as a result.

    @virginmedia I have an open complaint and very one that speak to dances me around the system. I want my package change to match what want to pay. I have a phone line that I have never used. Paying £137 over the next 12 months amounts £1600 for year. I do want to pay that for this service.

    @virginmedia This has been ongoing for months, your service shows no issues but the graph tells a different story, can someone please rectify this it’s been going on for months, latency is very poor can you upgrade my super hub 3 and see if that makes a difference?

    @virginmedia Yes it reports no problems if you look at no forum community page on fb you will see that most customers in our area have no virgin internet right now virgin said it will be fixed by 8th March !!!
