@virginmedia We have the £37 a month fibre broadband deal. The virgin installer has put the hub in the living room rather than in the hallway which we previously had with sky. I believe this is why the wifi signal does not work upstairs. Sky originally gave us a wifi booster box which worked

@virginmedia I don't have concerns, I have an ongoing complaint which no-one's helping with. I tweeted was because calling up proved fruitless (called 3 times, passed around from dept. to dept. And hung up on twice) yet your advice is to call 👍🏻 Terrible first impression for a new customer.
