    @virginmedia Complaint - package price is wrong and everyone keeps promising to sort, but still haven't. Broadband - keeps dropping out. When issue occured last time router swap fixed it. I need an engineer to come out and fix today but nobody can help.

    @virginmedia Your auto comp service is ridiculous. And besides, it's not just about the fact it's a paid service - it's the fact no service for several days. This doesn't need an engineer, I just need a box. You have a base just up the road from me, maybe I should go knock on their door.

    The service I've had from @virginmedia has been absolutely awful! If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. Complaint has been dragging on for 2 months now, with loads of empty promises. Now I'm being messed about with my broadband service not working ->

    @virginmedia Same complaint as I tweeted you yesterday and the day before that and a couple weeks before that. I had technician come out to fit my services and he made an utter and complete hack of it, as shown in the pictures in my complaint form and from my previous tweets.
