@virginmedia Season’s greetings. An engineer has replaced the cable in the road with a temporary one and it works but it’s super slow, definitely not fibre quality! Any idea when this might be improved? J

@virginmedia Yes, the speeds are making out at about 94mbps… I used to get up to about 240Mbps. If for some reason those speeds are no longer possible, how about my service plan being changed to reflect this?

@NickCantle @virginmedia I know what you mean, they used to be reasonable but within the last year or so, there’s been a big change in their customer care, or lack of.

@virginmedia I have moved house.. it took you WEEKS to restore service. You promised in an online chat that you wouldn’t charge for moving due to you being at fault and you have.. then you have the audacity to put my bill up from £26.99 a month to £44!!

@virginmedia I've just spoke to someone on the phone who was ni help atall. He's on the phone to me while he's having a conversation with someone in the background whispering to them that I can here. He's supposedly booked a technician for tomorrow morning for me. This service is disgusting
