    @virginmedia Inflation in December 2020 was 0.6% and yet your increase equates to more than a 10% increase on my plan price. That is not acceptable even if you take into account the lack of increase in 2020. What do I need to do to cancel and move elsewhere?

    @GaryFrazz1 @virginmedia Good luck getting them to do anything, if you’ve got a hub3 you’re screwed. After months of messages, emails and phone calls I finally got engineer out & he told me to buy my own router and put hub3 in modem mode cause they’re ****. Bought my own and not had a problem since 👍
