    @virginmedia Had a call from an engineer on Wednesday evening to confirm he was coming Thursday. Sat in a afternoon. He didn't appear Call again to be told I must have made this up as no booking was made. Basically calling me a liar. It's shoddy at best down right diabolical. So fee up

    @virginmedia Why does my virgin v6 box have red arrows and red wifi signal? Its connected to my virgin wifi box by coax cable. Live tv is working fine but i cannot access anything on demand? Obviously already turned it on and off and unplugged/plugged back in all wires… help!

    @virginmedia @Me2unotu2me It is an issue with Box Plus, due to ongoing issues at Red Bee and the fire incident they experienced on Saturday night. While other channels are on back up systems, Box Plus don’t have the same systems, so are using The Box and Kiss as back up feeds instead.

    @virginmedia Saying no issues but it’s been the same now since Monday. Dropping out hourly, connection is poor, wifi dropping in devices, wired correction completely loosing internet connection. Your service is a f’in joke and it’s criminal you can get away with it! PATHETIC!

    @virginmedia When we moved home 4 years ago we had to leave virgin no coverage in the street. We had to pay over £100 to end our contract a lad knocked today trying to get us to sign up informed me ofcom came down on you and said you cannot do this and had to pay the money back. Can I claim
