@virginmedia Yes, the speeds are making out at about 94mbps… I used to get up to about 240Mbps. If for some reason those speeds are no longer possible, how about my service plan being changed to reflect this?

@virginmedia Your guy never responded in the end, can’t remember the name, but I had to resort to hitting the reset button. Luckily it’s been ok since, but somehow retained my changes. This box is quite old, and seems to be getting more flaky.

@virginmedia The only thing hard wired is my virgin box. That just says "connection speed" high. So I guess it's not the connection that's the problem and the hub is. It's running faster today but it's so up and down and at times barely usable. Certainly not what we're paying for
