    @virginmedia Sure thing, let it be known that I think it’s pretty irresponsible of your management to be taking on lots of new accounts whilst the customer service is actually running at a reduced capacity! Credit to you guys in the social media team and those in the call centres πŸ™

    @virginmedia It’s not relevant what the service page tells us about this area - the problem is that we have had no internet since Sunday and want to know when we will be reconnected.

    @virginmedia Season’s greetings. An engineer has replaced the cable in the road with a temporary one and it works but it’s super slow, definitely not fibre quality! Any idea when this might be improved? J
