@virginmedia Your auto comp service is ridiculous. And besides, it's not just about the fact it's a paid service - it's the fact no service for several days. This doesn't need an engineer, I just need a box. You have a base just up the road from me, maybe I should go knock on their door.

How easy is it to pair a new Virgin Media remote to a TIVo box? My current remote is not working very well anymore so I've ordered a new one and now I'm panicking. (YES I've changed the batteries/checked the sensors etc)

The service I've had from @virginmedia has been absolutely awful! If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. Complaint has been dragging on for 2 months now, with loads of empty promises. Now I'm being messed about with my broadband service not working ->

@virginmedia Complaint - package price is wrong and everyone keeps promising to sort, but still haven't. Broadband - keeps dropping out. When issue occured last time router swap fixed it. I need an engineer to come out and fix today but nobody can help.

@virginmedia I’ve restarted the hub, that’s fine. The issue is that it keeps happening. Surely a wifi router shouldn’t have to be reset on a semi regular basis when you advertise “super fast fibre” but can’t use the speeds if you’re in a separate room or if the router isn’t working

My parents received a call from someone claiming they were from @virginmedia. My parents aren’t tech savvy as they’re in their 60s. They almost gave away their login details to this person on the phone. We pay so much on a monthly basis yet we still get these idiots calling us.
