@virginmedia I’m using an iPad so it’s wireless. I signed into My Virgin Media and apparently there’s a problem again. This happened before after a maintenance job in the area but that time I had no service and some smartarse telling me I’d unplugged something, which I hadn’t.

@virginmedia You know what, let’s leave it, @virginmedia have the upper hand and can do what they like and say what they like, once they have your money the customer service is poor, I’m a CS Manager and would lose my job if a complaint went on since 28th May, no one is accountable
