@virginmedia Season’s greetings. An engineer has replaced the cable in the road with a temporary one and it works but it’s super slow, definitely not fibre quality! Any idea when this might be improved? J

@virginmedia Why yes there has been, every time they miss the fix time they push it back some more. Saying 8PM now, so I guess it will say 10PM once 8PM comes and goes... If you give me the location of the engineer(s) trying to fix the issue maybe I can get it done for them?

@virginmedia You have the worst customer service ever. You promised installation at my new property, the date came, you delayed it by 3 weeks. Then after 3 weeks the worst engineer arrives and installs the Line incorrectly, now we need to wait another week. You are criminals.

Internet Update! I have now made the necessary steps to change ISP after @virginmedia did not resolve my situation and service is now being cancelled. Fingers crossed I can re-implement my stream schedule within the next couple weeks! 🤞
