  • LaGodden
Frances Godden (@LaGodden) reported from Norwich, England

@virginmedia No, you never gave me one. Just an automated email and then via Resolver RES8137564. Agent yesterday promised me Paul would call me before 4pm. She said my complaint had been closed in error as a duplicate but you’ve never attempted contact despite it being over 3 weeks.

@Just_Ranting2 @virginmedia @Virgin We’d just like someone who can solve problems to pick up the phone instead of passing on to another person who can’t or won’t help. I’m currently texting someone who must be on Mars judging by the speed of response

Three years with @virginmedia involved runaway price hikes, terrible customer service and promises of higher speeds that never materialised.

  • LaGodden
Frances Godden (@LaGodden) reported from Norwich, England

@virginmedia It was. I called Sunday 1040, promised Paul would call me before 1320; he did not. That was nearly a week ago and I’ve had no contact, despite three follow-ups by me via phone, online complaint form submission x2 and this. Seriously unimpressed.

  • AbiMuddiman

@virginmedia I’ve tried to use your online web chat to speak with a so called “agent” who didn’t respond for 5 minutes and used language that AI would use, if this is the kind of customer service you guys will be using then I’ll be looking to take my custom elsewhere

  • willmgreenhalgh
    Will (@willmgreenhalgh) reported

@virginmedia is down So forced to use data but @O2 is so slow and bad it struggles to connect to anything and the o2 network app says phone masts aren't working Great service all round, not, what's the point of doubling my data if I can't connect to anything

  • CallForCries
    Kate (@CallForCries) reported

@virginmedia intermittent service for 24 hours.

  • LisaRacheal
    Lisa (@LisaRacheal) reported

Worst company ever @virginmedia They say the same thing over and over again instead of just sending an engineer to actually fix it. I don’t work for you, you take my money so provide the service

  • StephenOld
    Stephen Old #FBPE (@StephenOld) reported

@virginmedia When you upgraded my broadband line you told me to plug my phone into my router. I did that and it stopped working. Your customer service is useless and this tweet is staying public until YOU fix it.
