    @virginmedia TV down in NR4 and the suggested reconnection date is December 29. Seems a long time? I’m aware no time is a good time for this to happen but Boxing Day is a REALLY bad time. Will this reflect in my (vast) bill?

    @TeaKayB @virginmedia They were quick enough to chase the cancelled payments, but given their shoddy customer service, we were not worried. Sent a letter to their registered address, saying politely ‘go forth’ with the screen shots etc. Would never, ever use @Virginmedia after that experience.

    @virginmedia Only was told that it was an earliest date they can do and that's it... I been asked if any more credit will help me while no Internet for three weeks until 8th July... Seems they refused

    18 months after stopping #BT BB due to shocking service returning as @virginmedia don't serve new home. Terrible sales experience with @bt_uk promised delivery date & mobile back up if couldn't be met. Delivery date delayed, no interim service offered as promised. @BTCare

    @virginmedia It's no problem really - we have the TV remote for the volume so it's OK. Is there no way of programming the remote or is it just that it's faulty?

    @virginmedia I been in touch this morning and after being transfer twice from customer service then movers team and finally preinstall team then cuts off. Nothing easy for a deaf person to contact u guys, there no live chat anymore :( they refused to add more credit for No install

    @virginmedia Yes, the speeds are making out at about 94mbps… I used to get up to about 240Mbps. If for some reason those speeds are no longer possible, how about my service plan being changed to reflect this?

    This is not a *me* problem I went into an O2 store who told me that there was a known issue with the O2/Virgin media set up. I do not care. I expect to be able to access my account. I expect to be able to take the offer to change my tariff

    Prince Harry, Elton John and five others have been ordered to pay an initial £9.5 million to the publisher of Britain’s Daily Mail following their failed privacy case. The group had accused the publisher of unlawful information gathering - claims it denied. The judge found there was insufficient evidence to support the claims and said there was a possibility the reporting came from legitimate sources. The £9.5 million payment must be made by August 28.     @virginmedia please explain to me how after my package ran out and I renewed with a different package in JULY it’s taken 3 phone calls, 5 online conversations and 4 different bill amounts for September/October to still have no resolution or idea how much my next bill will be??
