    @virginmedia Media service. We had cancelled and got a call Tuesday offering us a better deal, to be activated today. Rang earlier and spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with a great woman who went through our new package which for some reason hadn’t been auctioned.

    @virginmedia my WiFi keeps dropping out, can’t sign into my account to get help for some reason, called and was on hold for 30 mins then got disconnected, no response on live chat either. Please advise what to do as we are working from home and need WiFi

    @BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we weren’t happy they couldn’t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! They’re so incompetent

    @virginmedia Took me couple of calls, a new hub delivery today and now still no internet. And apparently I have an engineer coming this Friday. I am definitely closing my contract , not the only one who doesn’t have a service

    @virginmedia Yes, the speeds are making out at about 94mbps… I used to get up to about 240Mbps. If for some reason those speeds are no longer possible, how about my service plan being changed to reflect this?

    @virginmedia evening, we have phoned once today re; activating WiFi hub, however it’s flashed all day. We reset but still flashing hours later, and now can’t get through on phone to activate new WiFi box. Any help at all? Been on hold for an hour now, no WiFi for 2 days.

    @virginmedia trying to get a new remote for V6 box.Been through all the online stuff and now all through the 📞 'Customer Service' process and have decided to hang up after being on hold for 10 mins. About 45 mins of my morning wasted. How difficult can you make it!

    @BernardThresher @virginmedia @virginmedia has the worst customer service ever. They make you wonder whether you'd rather live without broadband! Appalling. I also had 5 hr convo. Nothing was resolved. Made a complaint in writing. Resolution after 10 day wait was to call customer services!!! Case closed. Grr

    Utter incompetence at .@virginmedia movers team. Each person u speak to says previous person made a mistake but THEY can fix it! They don’t. And the next person says the same thing. Again & again, no help and no fix @ofcom

    @virginmedia But I get that every day. And because it’s okay again when it reaches 24hours it resets. Last night it said the link was down for maintenance so I couldn’t even try it. Honestly I’ve not had one full day where there hasn’t been an issue so far. It’s horrendous.

    @virginmedia Yes, issues showing. I've had to go to a cafe to work - so now as well as lost hours of income I'm down bus fare and refreshments so that I can use the the WiFi.

    @virginmedia your service checker reports no broadband issues in my area. My router confirms I have no internet access. I’ve called your helpline but I just get told to switch the router on & off, then the call ends 🙃 how am I meant to get this resolved if I can’t talk to you?
