@Just_Ranting2 @virginmedia @Virgin We’d just like someone who can solve problems to pick up the phone instead of passing on to another person who can’t or won’t help. I’m currently texting someone who must be on Mars judging by the speed of response

Virgin Media completely useless. Our hub router has broken and I've tried for two weeks to get it fixed or get a new hub replacement. Complete joke. Called them. Put you on hold then just leave the call. Don't use Virgin, terrible support!

Norry Leonard (@MrL24601) reported
@virginmedia Yes. They said they would call in 24 hours . I know there has been complications but…we have no services because @virginmedia lied to us. We can’t get virgin at our address, it should have not been installed in our home. And a promise of a dongle! Constant broken promises.
-
Sally O'Donnell (@SallyOdonnell) reported
@virginmedia Over the phone. 3 times. They then said a new contract had been sent…Instead they sent me a copy bill… spent another 90 minutes to be sent another contract which was even higher…. ! Now they have said it will be Monday before they can sort it. Never again!

@virginmedia I understand that, just does make sense to me that loyal customers that have been with the company for 5+ years have no incentive to stay with you and other are rewarded for joining. If i was to leave and come back would i be a "new customer"?
