    @virginmedia Media service. We had cancelled and got a call Tuesday offering us a better deal, to be activated today. Rang earlier and spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with a great woman who went through our new package which for some reason hadn’t been auctioned.

    @virginmedia Yes, the speeds are making out at about 94mbps… I used to get up to about 240Mbps. If for some reason those speeds are no longer possible, how about my service plan being changed to reflect this?

    @virginmedia is there something wrong with your blueyonder mail service??? Nothing is sending. My dad’s is also the same. Your website says you’re doing work but emails shouldn’t be affected yet clearly they are 🤔😟

    @virginmedia Took me couple of calls, a new hub delivery today and now still no internet. And apparently I have an engineer coming this Friday. I am definitely closing my contract , not the only one who doesn’t have a service

    @BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we weren’t happy they couldn’t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! They’re so incompetent

    @virginmedia You might say 24/7, but you have to pass through numerous stages of keying in details before you speak to a person. Elderly people don’t have the fine motor skills to use a mobile phone keypad. Luckily my FIL had us to help. Many people don’t. Sort it out.

    @virginmedia @PeteBrownBeer This is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. You can't blame the customer for phoning an 'out of date' number. If the number is in service you should make it explicitly clear what charges apply or redirect people to the correct number.

    @wevsky @macavanagh @virginmedia Ah, you can actually add a loss of service yourself on the virgin media website, but sure they told me 24hrs. But if I ever need anything I use WhatsApp far better customer service and quicker response times from virgin than ringing.
