@virginmedia Sure thing, let it be known that I think it’s pretty irresponsible of your management to be taking on lots of new accounts whilst the customer service is actually running at a reduced capacity! Credit to you guys in the social media team and those in the call centres 🙏

@virginmedia Yes, the speeds are making out at about 94mbps… I used to get up to about 240Mbps. If for some reason those speeds are no longer possible, how about my service plan being changed to reflect this?

@virginmedia Season’s greetings. An engineer has replaced the cable in the road with a temporary one and it works but it’s super slow, definitely not fibre quality! Any idea when this might be improved? J

@virginmedia Took me couple of calls, a new hub delivery today and now still no internet. And apparently I have an engineer coming this Friday. I am definitely closing my contract , not the only one who doesn’t have a service

@virginmedia evening, we have phoned once today re; activating WiFi hub, however it’s flashed all day. We reset but still flashing hours later, and now can’t get through on phone to activate new WiFi box. Any help at all? Been on hold for an hour now, no WiFi for 2 days.

@virginmedia Thanks - I did try that and booked an engineer to come between 12-4pm today…it is now after 5:30pm and…nothing. No engineer, no call, no email, no text. Apart from the inconvenience, it’s just plain rude.
