    @virginmedia to anyone reading this and considering moving to virgin media, I urge you not to. A number of friends, family and I are all experiencing the same problem. There's no way of speaking to anyone and they couldn't care less about their customers. Avoid at all costs

    @virginmedia My issues with Virgin media have been ongoing since Aug2020. Only in last few days they appear to have improved. I have been paying for a sub standard service for months and now being asked to pay even more in a new contract, that is disappointing. Is there anything you can do?
