    @virginmedia ... put through to multiple people, had to explain situation again, promised manager Paul would call me in 2 hrs, wasted Sunday waiting for the call which never came, followed up again in eve, on hold 40 mins, promised Paul would call and he never did.

    @virginmedia I just couldn't believe what I heard! As a very long customer of V/M I phoned them to see what they could do for me as I'm out of contract, basically he just said There's nothing he could offer me! apart from phone back in 10 days or so And see what's on offer then!

    @virginmedia yet again shocking customer service over the phone, asked to speak to a manager and the agent hung up on me. On the phone again and whoops, your agent keeps forgetting to put me on hold whilst he speaks to a manager and I can hear everything.This call is embarrassing

    @virginmedia I still think you charge extortionate fees, first of all charging fees like a new customer and restarting a contract when you move and are still using Virgin and then £240 when through no fault of mine you don't cover my new property #ripoffmerchants

    @virginmedia No, you never gave me one. Just an automated email and then via Resolver RES8137564. Agent yesterday promised me Paul would call me before 4pm. She said my complaint had been closed in error as a duplicate but you’ve never attempted contact despite it being over 3 weeks.

    @virginmedia I’m a new customer. You agreed on 08/08 to add tv to phone/bb package for advertised rate of £33pcm. Bill arrived, charged £39pcm plus £84.95 unitemised additional charges, at no point did yr rep advise me of this. Tried calling yesterday, put on hold for nearly 2hrs...

    @virginmedia I been in touch this morning and after being transfer twice from customer service then movers team and finally preinstall team then cuts off. Nothing easy for a deaf person to contact u guys, there no live chat anymore :( they refused to add more credit for No install

    @virginmedia It was. I called Sunday 1040, promised Paul would call me before 1320; he did not. That was nearly a week ago and I’ve had no contact, despite three follow-ups by me via phone, online complaint form submission x2 and this. Seriously unimpressed.

    @virginmedia Hi, thank you for getting back to me. In all honesty it is no better. I have been continually resetting the hub and it doesn’t make much difference at all. I run a test and it shows that all is well but we continually get messages stating the internet speed is an issue

    @virginmedia I don't have a fault reference but I can give you a complaint ref if you want? I don't see why the onus should be on me to provide a code that it's highly likely you claim to have fixed when there is obviously a major problem in the area, yet to continue to sign new customers up?

    Was passed to a supervisor, he spent a long time looking at the issue and said it was likely a virus and I should pay an fee for enhanced support there and then 😳 Do support staff receive commission or have a KPI measuring upsells @virginmedia?

    @virginmedia I have had the same issues as everyone else since summer last year. System service says there is no problem, when there clearly. You chat function never works, I am still waiting for a call back since December. I call you but I get cut off. How else do we get a response?
