    @virginmedia trying to get a new remote for V6 box.Been through all the online stuff and now all through the 📞 'Customer Service' process and have decided to hang up after being on hold for 10 mins. About 45 mins of my morning wasted. How difficult can you make it!

    @virginmedia I been in touch this morning and after being transfer twice from customer service then movers team and finally preinstall team then cuts off. Nothing easy for a deaf person to contact u guys, there no live chat anymore :( they refused to add more credit for No install

    @virginmedia Only was told that it was an earliest date they can do and that's it... I been asked if any more credit will help me while no Internet for three weeks until 8th July... Seems they refused

    @virginmedia No, you never gave me one. Just an automated email and then via Resolver RES8137564. Agent yesterday promised me Paul would call me before 4pm. She said my complaint had been closed in error as a duplicate but you’ve never attempted contact despite it being over 3 weeks.

    @virginmedia Media service. We had cancelled and got a call Tuesday offering us a better deal, to be activated today. Rang earlier and spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with a great woman who went through our new package which for some reason hadn’t been auctioned.

    @BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we weren’t happy they couldn’t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! They’re so incompetent

    @virginmedia It was. I called Sunday 1040, promised Paul would call me before 1320; he did not. That was nearly a week ago and I’ve had no contact, despite three follow-ups by me via phone, online complaint form submission x2 and this. Seriously unimpressed.

    @virginmedia I’m a new customer. You agreed on 08/08 to add tv to phone/bb package for advertised rate of £33pcm. Bill arrived, charged £39pcm plus £84.95 unitemised additional charges, at no point did yr rep advise me of this. Tried calling yesterday, put on hold for nearly 2hrs...

    @virginmedia ... put through to multiple people, had to explain situation again, promised manager Paul would call me in 2 hrs, wasted Sunday waiting for the call which never came, followed up again in eve, on hold 40 mins, promised Paul would call and he never did.

    @virginmedia why am I still waiting for service. It has been over a month now for a house move. Over 6 hours spent on the phone getting blind transferred from one department to another. Complaints process on your website is broken as I can’t track the complaint’s #doyourjob

    @virginmedia Apparently there was a flaw in the online system: it sent out a fake installation date, but with full details. Apparently online the phone system was working... We were told Virgin were aware of this problem and it affected quite a few people, yet we weren't informed?

    @virginmedia So what's happening in SN1 again? Both myself and neighbour have no service, but your automated phone line says there's no problem.... It's been just over 5 weeks that our problematic connection was fixed (after 3 weeks of an unusable service).
