@virginmedia I did!!! But the advisor is trying to sell me Wi-Fi pods or an 02 SIM card!!! The Wi-Fi should work from the hub without the pods!!! Then threatened me if I leave I have to pay exit fees!! Never will I join virgin again!!!

@virginmedia why is it that my 96 year old aunt has had her phone disconnected without warning in preparation for a change from copper to fibre? Apparently the fibre will be turned on on Thursday, which leaves her, a vulnerable old lady, without means to get help if she falls ?

@virginmedia The hub is about 3-4 years old (if not older) and I’ve asked for newer version but you’ve said no. This solved a problem a friend of mine was having too.
