Sean Pearson (@soapyrct) reported@mobily_uk @virginmedia Because they expect lots of folk to either not realise or just pay anyway, its also why they make it so difficult to call. Funny you can join and change everything on line except cancel! Virgin are THE worst company for service.
-
ndbchnn (@ndbchnn) reported@virginmedia is there a know issue with the WiFi in Salford? For the last 12 hours we’ve had no broadband, TV or heating (because our hive thermostat is linked to the wifi). I cannot seem to get any information from your website. This seems to happen every few months!

You are enabling them to scam your customers out of money. Some customers will no doubt lose a significant amount belly.
