That was nearly a week ago and I’ve had no contact, despite three follow-ups by me via phone, online complaint form submission x2 and this. Seriously unimpressed.

Have numerous screenshots of hr long waiting. In the end, he cancelled his direct debit and complained to Trading Standards.
