Joshua Roberts (@DJJoshuaRoberts) reported from Norwich, England@virginmedia Sure thing, let it be known that I think it’s pretty irresponsible of your management to be taking on lots of new accounts whilst the customer service is actually running at a reduced capacity! Credit to you guys in the social media team and those in the call centres 🙏
-
Chrissie Jenkins (@miss_stoat) reported from North Walsham, England@virginmedia I really don't think you understand how soul destroying trying to get your call centre to firstly, answer, and secondly not understand the issue...I need to escalate this to someone not reading from a script and able to understand my problem.

-
v (@CourageHonour) reported@virginmedia virgin media absolute joke with no customer service of any use....totally given up trying to resolve issues......bye...hello sky.
-
Nadine_CCN (@NadineD_G) reported@virginmedia more than 24 hours of no internet service in the E4 area. I’m seeing people saying that this has gone on for days with them. How can we confirm that our service will be up and running by the suggested time? I have work to do and this is really causing a delay.
-
George W (@Fraudly_) reported@virginmedia your online service is an absolute joke. You notify me of new monthly fee starting in May and I need to look at other packages if I want to change before new price takes effect. Only for your site to be riddled with errors and your bot to give me a broken link! With that link switching between error message and taking me right back to that same chat! And I shouldn't need to go round in circles chatting about an upgrade, much easier just doing it myself on your site. If it actually worked.
-
Bryan Millan (@BryMillan) reportedEvery Wednesday without fail from about 8:30pm we have an intermittent signal issue with @virginmedia, we pay enough not to have these issues every week. Get it sorted!
-
SJL (@lambypies) reported@tom550993 Haggled Virginmedia down to £50 a month for decent broadband, one set top box for live TV and the middle TV package. Now TV and Netflix still trials less than £75. If I could get a decent reception with an aerial I would ditch the box too.

-
Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @paulpresenteruk Never use ring door bell over WiFi why cos only works on 2.4ghz & Virgin like all providers combine 2.4 & 5ghz together would need to split them & set a static IP address for the ring door bell on 2.4ghz. best option is ethernet to a POE switch for data & power
-
Ian Scott (@IanScott_01) reportedAnyone having problems with @virginmedia internet. It's been dropping off and on for a few days, now it's gone off Newcastle East.
-
Isla (@saoirseisla) reportedMy fave thing about @virginmedia is nothing. No WiFi for 4 days. No WiFi = no tv. Been fobbed off for days. Each day promising it’ll fixed by the end of the day. Only to turn around today and say only an engineer coming to the house can fix it. I want out of this contract.
