@virginmedia Complaint - package price is wrong and everyone keeps promising to sort, but still haven't. Broadband - keeps dropping out. When issue occured last time router swap fixed it. I need an engineer to come out and fix today but nobody can help.

@virginmedia Your auto comp service is ridiculous. And besides, it's not just about the fact it's a paid service - it's the fact no service for several days. This doesn't need an engineer, I just need a box. You have a base just up the road from me, maybe I should go knock on their door.

@virginmedia I’ve been with you for YEARS. The past month two of my rooms (small flat) have had painfully slow wifi. Both now ‘poor’ on connect app. I have basic package (I only use internet). I can get a booster...IF I pay an extra £3 a month! You are joking? On hold for an HOUR
