    @virginmedia It's no problem really - we have the TV remote for the volume so it's OK. Is there no way of programming the remote or is it just that it's faulty?

    @virginmedia hi, we’ve had the internet down since 3pm Friday. The service status now says there are no known issues in our area. Even if it has been fixed I should have got a text to say it was fixed as I signed up for alerts. we are in area 21. Is there anything else we can do?
