    @virginmedia DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are a bunch of liars, we tell you that you will receive an Xbox for signing up and it never arrives. Broken remote, told I would receive new one within 5 days, 10 days later told advisor never ordered it. Tell you to use txt help, rubbish service!!

    @virginmedia My wife and I are both on Virgin Mobile. We want to give my son a SIMO card but we would like to set up a family plan. I can easily do this in the Virgin store but no option to do it when I log into my account and assume I can't port from same network. Help?
