    @virginmedia It's no problem really - we have the TV remote for the volume so it's OK. Is there no way of programming the remote or is it just that it's faulty?

    @virginmedia No nothing still same,'calls to this number are not being connected' ive rebooted it every morning but no change.ill fill out a complaint form. I was told over phone,i cudnt make complaint or get comp untill the issues was resolved,basically until its processed,thers no problem.
