Sent a letter to their registered address, saying politely ‘go forth’ with the screen shots etc. Would never, ever use @Virginmedia after that experience.

Agent yesterday promised me Paul would call me before 4pm. She said my complaint had been closed in error as a duplicate but you’ve never attempted contact despite it being over 3 weeks.

Bill arrived, charged £39pcm plus £84.95 unitemised additional charges, at no point did yr rep advise me of this. Tried calling yesterday, put on hold for nearly 2hrs...
