    @dieselking69 @Outriders Nah the wise choice would be to scrap virgin media and go with any other provider as virgin media is the worst one in existence.

    Why is it when everything’s going good everyone will always tell you theyll be there no matter what but when it’s bad the only message I have is virgin media telling me they’ve rolled over my unused data.

    @ayay__ron @jayrayner1 @virginmedia We had a mare with moving house with them and yodel. But the problem is they have a monopoly on great bandwidth. Eventually sorted after four months.

    @virginmedia When i try to log in those are the two login pages i get 1st, then i have to keep on going till i click on one that will work but as i don't use my email as much as some i find it funny that it takes longer for me to log in and some of them have a ? in them.

    @virginmedia "move the service over and activate the services on our network" so click a few buttons. Probably no more effort than changing a name or password but somehow you think it's valid to charge already paying customers for it. Such a joke.

    @virginmedia It’s not good enough, if you can offer that service for some, you should offer it for everyone. Especially with cost of living as high as it is, you should want to keep your existing customers, not push them away.

    @virginmedia - Don't go with Virgin. The customer service I experienced yesterday on the first day of joining as a new customer was truly shocking from start to finish. 👎

    Onto day 4 without any signal, internet connection,receiving any messages or sending any ! Its an absolute disgrace !!! £90 odd quid per month for this pish ??@virginmedia is getting cancelled ASAP ! DO NOT MAKE ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH VIRGIN MEDIA !!!!
