Why is it when everything’s going good everyone will always tell you theyll be there no matter what but when it’s bad the only message I have is virgin media telling me they’ve rolled over my unused data.

@Jb_radley @virginmedia Bit of a silly tweet. They are moving phone lines to the fibre network and state of the internet goes down so do phone lines. How do people who need a landline for contact as vulnerable deal with this? I think that’s a big issue for them don’t you?
