    @virginmedia I've been trying to fix this since OCTOBER. NOT acceptable. All I'm asking you to do is fix the cable in place in a safe manner. What has been put in place is bordering on dangerous and the process of dealing with VM to get it sorted has been nothing short of shocking & negligent

    @virginmedia I have spent 10 months trying to contact VM re billing issues. Have tried every means available, but no joy. On 3rd Jan.21. Eventually Laura Hackett rang, VM Executive Team. We agreed a new contract but no confirmation. I am now in arrears! HELP!

    @virginmedia please enlighten me on how I cancel my account, you never answer the phone, online help only responds to certain words, and of course none help, you can’t cancel account via the app. And you want 30 days notice ! What a joke being trying for months to get thorough.

    @virginmedia That error just shows connected devices with low wifi signal which I know they are but why is it showing this all of a sudden in browser. Have you updated it and this is a bug
