@virginmedia I have checked your outage information and it says I can get BBC1,2, ITV, ITV+1 and CH4 along with Apps. We'll all I can get is BBC1 and CH4 and can't access APPS so that information is wrong, have two I'll very whingy 4 year olds who don't understand why they can't watch things

@virginmedia Mine was down for hours on phone for the duration.(couldnt get through) . Was glad it came back at 13.30 only for it to go belly up again 10 mins ago. Not good enough.

@ChavinaMckall @shazcow55 @virginmedia Just 4?? You are lucky. Took them 6 months to work out our cable was damaged in the green street box. So they had to do a complete cable pull. It's been down more than 4 times this year alone. More than 40 since we had "broadband" 512kbit installed 21 years ago.
