I have no issue with waiting and being allocated a time to resolve this due to the current situation but the lack of care for customers of 20 years + sums up the robot era!

Their web chat service is a joke

Starlink now - exceptional in every way except for one 3hr occasion with a world wide outage. AMZN also getting into satellite broadband soon. US extreme tech beating UK cables buried in the ground !
