    @timfprice @annembee @virginmedia I have a similar problem with TalkTalk, I have had no broadband or landlines since 17th Feb, they disconnected me because I was upgrading to their fibre to the house, except that got delayed but they still disconnected my normal service. Their web chat service is a joke

    2/3 @virginmedia I have now requested to speak to a human on numerous occasions since Monday to no avail. I have no issue with waiting and being allocated a time to resolve this due to the current situation but the lack of care for customers of 20 years + sums up the robot era!

    @virginmedia are the biggest myth and they’re up to something!! I can barely load a webpage quite often and YouTube is taking ages to load but when you do a @Speedtest they show it’s running at 250MB+ And it never works more than 6 feet from the rougher! What is that about??

    @virginmedia Bad in area for while the lady he spoke to on phone was also surprised that it hadn’t been picked up on. (Strange cos service status when customers check say ok). Got internet now (occasionally drops)

    @virginmedia Engineer came Saturday, Top quality service Graham (think name) went extra mile. Put in box cover (cable coming into house was exposed, replaced connection thingys, split my WiFi (laughed at my WiFi & guest names), friendly & cheerful. WiFi not completely fixed as service been

    @virginmedia broadband is terrible, full stop. Boosters in the house and everything yet it’s awful anywhere except literally sat on top of the router. The TiVo box often fails to turn on and they charge through the nose for the phone. Time for a change methinks...
