You have cut off a vulnerable pensioner twice in the past 72 hours for reasons of your own error, leaving her with no means of communication whilst apparently being unable to fix the issue for 24 hours. By the operator. Shameful. Fix her issue and stop cutting her off for no reason!!

My jitter is usually anywhere from 7ms to 50ms which isn’t anywhere near good enough for online gaming.
