    @virginmedia I have been told by three separate people at virgin today, that my equipment is causing my outage in CT93! Obviously this isn’t the case! As your twitter feed is mainly from my local area , just different postcodes! Can someone please give an Honest answer?

    @virginmedia As soon as I call up it says there is problem with the area of my postcode and engineers are working to fix it. This has been going on since yesterday and it’s all wrong timing

    @virginmedia Yes tried all of that, tried using different devices too. I won’t be paying any bills at the moment until I start to receive uninterrupted service. This was one of the other reasons I was trying to log on for to check the service in my area

    @virginmedia STILL waiting for a call back from a complaint i made, was told between 48-72hrs its now over 72hrs and have heard nothing! How virgin has any customers is beyond me, must be one of the worst providers i have come across!

    @virginmedia Hi there. So. On my APP it says we have an issue in our area. I just want to check because our upload speed is low and I've just upgraded to 350. I wanted to check that the fault is related to a local issue and not my upgrading. Download speeds are good. Thank you.

    @virginmedia Can you provide more information on the issues in the CT12 or thanet area? The service status shows no information and support staff answering the phones were not even aware of the outage.

    @virginmedia I appreciate that but can't agree that your customer can be without internet for 13+ days and no action has been taken from your side. Also, you can't give an ETA when it will be fixed.

    @virginmedia Yes have tried everything. You seem to not be acknowledging the multiple reports of people in the area having no Internet? Surely as a company you can see if there is an issue especially qith multiple people reporting the same thing?
