    @virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

    @VirginMedia Your engineer came round Thurs 28 Jan and "fixed" my BB by replacing a coax cable. Since then I've *still* got poor speeds and unreliable wi-fi. Do you need to send me a replacement Hub 3 or another engineer? #Day25

    @virginmedia stupidly agreed to stay wasn’t told of the 18 month contract on the phone, still in the cooling off period so ask to cancel, now being told 30 day notice… don’t think so I was misled by agents in your company including executive team. Ofcom I think at this stage

    @virginmedia 6 hours in total on hold yesterday and no answer. Got through twice this morning and was half way through cancelling my contract and they hung up. I have cancelled mt direct debit and reporting you to @ofcom for miselling and not allowing someone to cancel contract

    @virginmedia Not now thank you. All resolved after some very worrying calls to your customer advisor teams. All could be avoided if your chat services were able to be emailed to customers and/or saved to accounts as other business offer to avoid misinformation by advisors or customers. 👍

    @dannymac80 @virginmedia I remember having this issue a few years back. Wanted to remove something from my package, wouldn't let me online. If I wanted to add something though, couple of clicks and it would be done.

    @virginmedia @helenmdownie @helenmdownie you can send a written request to Virgin Media Sales Operation Support, Diamond Plaza, Daleside Road, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG2 3GG - do it recorded delivery so they can’t argue!

    Avoid @virginmedia miss sold an oap, and now charging her for it despite her phoning continuously to cancel and send back. Customer service agents have happily distressed an elderly woman and taking her pension money and offering no help!!
