@virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

@MartinSLewis have you had many complaints about @virginmedia, for two months I have been contacting them and being told my service is cancelled only to receive another bill a month later, now demanding emails, affecting my credit score. Any advice?

@virginmedia my broadband is painfully slow with download of 27 Mbps and upload of 1 Mbps. Very difficult to work. I'm paying for 100 Mbps. I've run your test and it thinks all is fine. Clearly it's not. Please sort .
