@virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

@HighbsN5 @virginmedia This happened to me too. Missold volt package. Agreed with the agent on the phone £92 all in. Changed my SIM across to o2, got the new router. Then bam £142 for virgin media plus £28 for o2. The two direct debits came out after I raised a complaint.

@virginmedia our wifi is down and apparently you can't fix it until 18th oct - thats a whole week!!! We work from home, this is unacceptable and we've been offered no alternate options or compensation. Please fix this, we can't go a whole week without wifi. #Help #Wifi

@virginmedia You team on the number above also has no answers for me. There doesn’t seem to be anyone accountable at Virgin. I have never had service this poor and my wifi hasn’t even been installed yet. Thanks for nothing John.
