    @virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

    @virginmedia I've had the problem since the 5th of December 2020 and every time I call I get a different answer or no answer at all, it's quite frustrating.

    @ColinTDF @123reg I've not used them for about 10 years. They are the most unreliable domain registrar ever and in the same league as Virgin media for **** support.

    @virginmedia Yeah after being a customer for many years didnt know if you change your package your now in another contract? You are unable to supply me at my new house so why am I having to pay??? Shocking.

    @virginmedia I’ve requested that my telephone number remained the same when I changed my contract and it’s been two weeks now and no change. When I call up someone says it will be done in 48 hours and it never happens.

    @virginmedia It’s not something I am willing to disclose publicly but given I’ve raised a complaint almost 5 weeks ago and you promise to come back to me in 28 days, I will take it further.

    @virginmedia why have you left me without wifi for over 30 days, then give me mobile wifi as a solution, then charge me £160 to leave the mobile wifi even though the sales assistant told me that i wouldn't have to pay anything. It's only taken me 14 hours on the phone to no fix

    @virginmedia Thanks, can't you just pass this on to someone who can look me up from my customer number and send me the correct contract? That is all I want, I don't want to spend ages on the phone or webchat explaining.

    @virginmedia Ok. It would be a much better service if you could contact customer services yourself. I expect they have been trained to add on a this small amount in the knowledge that most people won't bother spending ages on the phone challenging £3 a month!
