@virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

@magneticsparrow @virginmedia I've come to conclusion that the employees aren't the problem, they do try - but Virgin's customer care systems are a mess - call centres all round the world don't help. When someone has a problem, one person should sort it out & cordinate talking to other depts - not customer!

@virginmedia Nope, no outage. Support confirmed last Weds that I've been fully disconnected, and the engineer agreed with that. He also backed up what your rep PZ said earlier in this thread that it makes no sense because it needs to be active to port my number in a couple of weeks.

Took me ages to get through to them that I wanted to cancel whatever was ordered yesterday. This still isn’t over because I’m not sure if they’ve cancelled my order. How can staff @virginmedia be this incompetent?

@virginmedia It went terrible. Apparently I will be charged more in December and no refund. Have booked my switch to @CommunityFibre and will pay less for higher speed.

@virginmedia lights are still on, service drops for 20secs-1min comes back on for about 10 seconds and the cycle repeats. If you would like to call me from your end id appreciate it since i spent 11 mins on hold lost all phone credit and didnt get to speak to anyone earlier.

More fool me not contacting @virginmedia on 18th/19th of Nov when my speeds had dropped to below half. Constant disconnects and a great 23.9mbps from my 516mbps over the past few days. I call up and told to wait 24hrs. Last 3mth have been the worst in the last 15yrs for us.

@virginmedia Every time we then callback and your customer service team are none the wiser. 5 delivery attempts now with nothing. No service for atleast 2 weeks but it’s okay you keep taking the money. If it doesn’t arrive soon il be freezing the direct debit

@virginmedia customer service is appalling. I've been passed from around like a ball for the past 2 hours without my issue being resolved! This is crazy!!
