@virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

@virginmedia Wow. Please read my tweets - I’ve been calling it for DAYS, it tells me there’s a problem, but that’s all. I give up, I’m moving providers, not just the service but the support from VM is abysmal.

@virginmedia I explained the day i renewed that we were struggling badly for signal upstairs. They showed me how to use the connect app which showed bathroom, back & front bedroom all poor. Then nothing was said since! Ive contacted 4 times since including chat / support on app, no reply

@virginmedia That’s terrible. You ask us not to call to keep lines free for urgent issues and this is a simple matter to send an additional pod. Not to mention getting through on the phone wastes my time too.
