    @virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

    @virginmedia Made the call spoke to Sam who is sending an engineer out. However my wife cannot get on to the internet which means she has to go into the office to work. This is so unacceptable as this issue has been at you end since April 11. How is that okay?

    @virginmedia Apparently it was my fault I called to cancel but your staff put me on a new contract so have to wait 3 days for the phone call that was recorded which I’m sure will turn out that it was not recorded

    @virginmedia So when they call they ask to speak as with my nan. She starts to ask and then they hang up. It's happened 3 times

    @virginmedia now nine days without 5G in the area BL6 4JF and down to BL6 4SB. Any update on when it is being restored please?

    @virginmedia But of course there are issues in the area..I'm not making this up. Now I have to wait for 11 hrs before I can call an engineer out.

    @virginmedia told us we would have our broadband set up today and this morning at 9am they say it won't be until Friday afternoon. So we lose 3.5 days of work and they try to compensate us by letting us buy a dongle that might not arrive until Friday. Dreadful customer service

    @virginmedia I think I've just done that, to be honest it always seems to be would I mind doing this or could I phone again or could I explain this again, how about virgin do something to fix the situation because last time I checked virgin employ people and pay those people

    @virginmedia Land line. It’s been since I upgraded! Nobody knows how to fix it. I’m paying fir this service but also can’t call family in Cyprus or certain numbers. It’s been awful service
