@virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

@Land_Of_Gravy My twitter problem was that every piece of video or GIF were not available. Twitter reported that it seemed to be Virgin media customers who were suffering.

@virginmedia when are you going to fix the broadband issue. 2 days with no broadband or tv. I’m fed up of your excuses saying it will be fixed by a certain time then you email saying it will be another 24 hours.

@virginmedia Did the check on line service status showed no problem but obviously was as working NOW. Please pass to whoever is interested that you need an email for contact as some people only have 1 phone that was out of order!!!!

@alrightfans @skytv I was asked for a review @virginmedia yesterday. Gave me great pleasure to denounce the worst company i've ever dealt with. Call centres remind me of indian commentator, if you can ever get through. Even accused me of lying about a discount the sales team gave me. Absolute *****.

@virginmedia I’ve done all that countless times before, I’m not going through all this again, theres nothing wrong with our setup. The equipment is not disconnecting the line is going down. Rebooting the line 50 time won’t help if there is nothing to connect to. And Virgin should see that

@virginmedia (2/2) charged if the appointment is missed. Absolutely shocking service with an almost as bad customer service. Wouldn’t recommend you to anyone at all.

@virginmedia Hi, yes both down.. have checked the fault service and have requested a message when back up but when I got the message last night to say it was working it wasn’t and spent ages on phone to Virgin last night, gone down again this morning 🤬

@virginmedia Hi - we live in Bermondsey, not Lewisham. This seems to be a much wider problem. Service dropped out around 9pm last night and apparently is not due to be fixed until 9pm - almost 12 hours?!
