    @virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

    @virginmedia I know about the ***. I asked for one to try and was told no only for selected customers. I constantly speak to the team. They fix the problem whilst on the phone but the day after there I am restarting the hub again! I’m sick of ringing now. Shouldn’t have to.

    @virginmedia renewed contract last week, agent confirmed but did nothing. Yesterday provided completely different monthly amount: no customer service!waited over 2 hours for response but received nothing- direct debit cancelled until YOU sort

    @virginmedia My partner did it all he's the account holder. Still you did nothing four times he was promised a call back and did not get one. Absolutely dreadful service

    @virginmedia Yes it’s been an ongoing issue for years. Not reliable at all. Can’t even access tv catch up half the time! Fed up of ringing all the time. My sister has the hub 5 and says it’s far better. Don’t understand why these aren’t being rolled out? Especially people with ongoing issues.

    @virginmedia hello, I'd like to start a dialogue with someone about getting WiFi pods/boosters as part of my volt package. Website and app tells me I'm eligible but after 7 switchboard menus on the phone, I'm then told I'm not eligible! Can you help me understand please?
