    @virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

    @virginmedia I can’t get on my service page either. I waited for the what’s app tech - they’ve confirmed there’s an issue so a tech coming out on Fri (unfortunately no sooner) 😫

    @virginmedia Not about geography, I just don’t think the last 2 agents understood the problem. I’ll happily speak to a foreign call centre, just need to be understood

    @virginmedia Yes I’m still getting lag today. There used to be none at all ever, now it’s all the time. My connection is there it’s just worse than it was. It shouldn’t have changed, my plan hasn’t changed. My speeds are up and down.
