@virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

Anyone looking to swap TV services AVOID #VIRGINMEDIA like the plague. Been with them decades since they took over from NTL. Treat customers disgracefully. Day 5 with no service No call backs as promised Spent 5 hrs on phone! Once tied into a contract they don't give a ****

@virginmedia The phone display is saying no service or emergency calls only. Plus it also says not registered on network sometimes. No issues are reported in my area

Well done @virginmedia the last 6 weeks has been the worst customer service experience in my 68 yrs on this planet. No coordination; lack of understanding about your own products; broken promises on call backs (I could go on). If anyone out there considering using them - DON’T.
