@virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

@virginmedia So I’ll answer the question for you having just spent 3 hours comparing as many packages as possible. There is not a single package that I can get at even the same price let alone cheaper than a new customer. So I’m better off not being loyal to you @virginmedia

@virginmedia Every time it’s happened there have been known issue when I’ve called and reach the automated service, it’s more I would like to know why it keeps happening? I’ve been with virgin for years and never experienced so many in a short period.

@virginmedia hi virgin, just tried to ring customer service about getting someone to come and install my wifi but they were unable to book an appointment and said to talk to the engineers about booking a time slot

@virginmedia I have had intermittent service for weeks. Fed up with being told reboot and monitor for 24 hrs. On hold with call center who want me to reboot yet again and don’t seem to want to help as I have have service at this precise second.

@virginmedia None of you actually listen they installed the box on a short lead so I can’t move it the wifi is poor until I complain and then it starts working so that would suggest it’s something from your end.

@virginmedia Interestingly after being so bad two days ago that the TV was unwatchable, last night and tonight had been perfect. Not a single flicker. No changes made. Go figure!
