@virginmedia I have been told it’s a fault within the area although your apps say there is no fault. I was told it’s an external issue and the best estimate I was given was “could be up to a week but may be sooner”. It’s not good enough. Haven’t heard anything from Virgin since I called Fri.

@virginmedia I have tried both WiFi and wired with the same issues with twitch, everything else seems to be fine. My connect app is the most recent version and I have tried reinstalling the hub to the app without success, the internet test from the VM site says reboot the hub which I done

@virginmedia house is 3 storeys, 6 bedrooms. A beast of a house & the router is right at the front & on the ground floor. I need a magician not an App to get the signal from the router to anywhere other than the room alongside it or above it. The only resolution is to move the router + 3pods

@lauren_hodgman @virginmedia I got rid, im with EE fast fibre now. Not had any issues yet I was sick of my broadband going down all the time

@virginmedia It just gets worse. Over 2 hours on the phone, 2 dropped calls and still not anywhere nearer sorting this situation out. Your service is terrible. I think an ofcom complaint is in order here.
