    @virginmedia I have been round and round using your system. I was told via SMS that WhatsApp was easier and, after lots of questions, I was put in a queue to speak to an agent. Then I was sent back to the very first question again. Seriously dreadful service.

    @louisnorway @virginmedia Just go to another company, virgin is literally the worst ever and never reimburse for all the time spent on phone and with no service.

    @virginmedia We have cancelled our service. We were charged for another full month after our services stopped but for some reason we are only getting a refund for two weeks and no one at Virgin is “authorised” to speak to me about this. No one on calls or by email ..

    @virginmedia Had that and got no where you had your chance and blown it read the log from Kath and you will see how she treated me, if I was her boss she would have been sacked on the spot 3 years ago I reported home phone not working number gone bone idle Kath tried I said NO

    @virginmedia @Netflixhelps Virgin have managed to cancel my Netflix account (charged to Virgin). Virgin say it’s sorted and I have access, Netflix say it’s cancelled an I can’t access. Each CS telling me to contact the other.

    @virginmedia Just tried paying my bill online but your site seems to be down, So just tried to pay over the phone got so far then got cut off. Immediately after got a call from a foreign sounding woman wanting password to acc hung up, when tried to phone again she answered again.
