    @virginmedia There is some error at virgins end I tried to pay 12 days ago and was told I could two days later. I couldn’t! Tried yesterday and told now next Wednesday!! My phone is s paperweight!! I have the right to cancel Ofcom told me so I want my number and pac code back today.

    @virginmedia No more excuses, no more passed from pillar to post with every excuse trying to stop me cancelling. I want both back today or I’ll be back on to ofcom. I mean which company refuses to be paid!!! Joke of a company it’s went right down in my estimations.

    @virginmedia morning Virgin. We have had a problem for about a year with broadband going off intermittently. This weekend is particularly bad and not working at all. We have rebooted router. Can’t get hold of anyone to help and no response from online chat! South Croydon area

    @virginmedia Yes current sim on old oomph-that package cancelled down. Wife sold new oomph by ur staff and told can transfer old sim to new package sim- been through every department only to be hung up on

    @virginmedia Hi John after our tweets yesterday, i got a text to say my engineer appointment was on hold whilst a network issue was investigated. Then everything worked all day! I've woken up today and it's all off again. Do you know anything further? Will the engineer still come tomorrow?

    @virginmedia See there , right there is the problem with Virgin Media. DO YOU NOT THINK WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO JUST THAT. I'm pretty sure you can expect people to be cancelling contracts right left and centre due to NOT being able to get through, especially the elderly.

    @virginmedia Part 2 - she assured me her manager would call back within 48 hours to sort the issue out and deal with the issues relating to non delivery of my new TiVo boxes. It is Sunday. No one has called. I am at a loss as to what to do next other than cancel my direct debit....

    @virginmedia He's told me to reset my hub, and the issues need to happen a few more times before they can look into the issues with my equipment. Absolutely appalled as I'm an essential worker.
