@virginmedia There is some error at virgins end I tried to pay 12 days ago and was told I could two days later. I couldn’t! Tried yesterday and told now next Wednesday!! My phone is s paperweight!! I have the right to cancel Ofcom told me so I want my number and pac code back today.

@virginmedia No more excuses, no more passed from pillar to post with every excuse trying to stop me cancelling. I want both back today or I’ll be back on to ofcom. I mean which company refuses to be paid!!! Joke of a company it’s went right down in my estimations.

@virginmedia I've genuinely never experienced anything like this. I cannot get hold of anyone who will just cancel my account. I get repeatedly asked why I don't wantthe service and then just hung up on.
