  @virginmedia There is some error at virgins end I tried to pay 12 days ago and was told I could two days later. I couldn’t! Tried yesterday and told now next Wednesday!! My phone is s paperweight!! I have the right to cancel Ofcom told me so I want my number and pac code back today.

  @steuk2010 @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Sadly for us we've only been with them since December only paid one full bill to date due to their shocking service. They want us to pay the outstanding balance to leave. Its an 18month contract!!!

  For those having @virginmedia broadband issues, try changing your dns servers. Worked for me changing to adguard dns servers. #virginmediat

  Hello, @virginmedia any idea when the outage in South Wales will be fixed as I work from home and t'internet is quite fundamental. Unable to log in on website/app as that is also down.
