    @virginmedia This seems to suggest I have to report the fault to you? Presumably if you know it's down in my area you'll automatically credit me? At the moment your phone line is just saying to call back later. It also doesn't address the additional costs incurred.

    @virginmedia trying to organise a new iPhone 12 pro contract to replace virgin contract that ends next month but getting no where - may have to cancel and go elsewhere. Been loyal customer for 12 plus years and am frankly not happy.

    @virginmedia Yes these are known issues (apparently a complex problem to fix) but we are in the 3rd day now! And I’m working from home which this issue makes virtually impossible! Besides, I can’t access the internet!!!

    @virginhelp @virginmedia After 16 hrs I managed to speak to a really helpful dude called felix.....was told there is a fault in my area until the 3rd of December now.... I think you scored 11/12 months with dodgy or no service to sky movies, amazon prime, music n sports some VIP package you have going

    @virginmedia My internet didn't work at all yesterday and today keeps dropping. I'm unable to work properly and your 150 and freephone numbers are down too. I'm in area 14 when will the issue be fixed
