So Virgin Media have sent me messages on Fuckbook and so on saying that they are terribly sorry that I have no TV - (the one I'm paying them for) and can they do anything to help? Answering the phone would be great - but they don't mean any of this **** - pity!

@virginmedia my Internet has now crashed my streams 3 times in the past 2 days. You guys put my bill up 6 pound a month th due to upgrades and now there's nothing but issues. What is going on with the service in West london!?!??!!

@TooToughToDie @virginmedia @richardbranson I've been with virgin since 2016. I got a £36 discount until September 2022 🙄. There discounts don't seem as good these days. They appear to be getting less and less. I'm guessing it's down to inflation and bills they have to pay out 🤔. #virginmedia

How is it that I use my mobile data more to go online because @virginmedia’s internet and customer service is so awful. Including an online chat which was interrupted because he needed to go for his lunch.
