    @virginmedia My service is out, the service status claims it is due to an unpaid bill, which is ridiculous since all bills are paid and the current bill is not due until January. Also I've got a Direct Debit order and enough money on my account so this is impossible

    Which funnily enough did not cause us any problems. I cancelled most services in writing and @virginmedia are the only company who refuse to allow me to leave without a huge penalty. I’m not even in contract!

    @virginmedia Why am I again having to make a complaint to get an issues sorted out? I had no service between 31st October and 5th November. None of the 3 separate departments who were aware of this have done anything about a refund.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp It's not an outage its defo the line in the property as it's at least 13 years old and probably been through a flood at some point.

    @virginmedia moving house and the 1st available slot for an enginner to install new service is over a month away! Dissapointing after circa 10 years of good custom with you. Please escalate and find us a closer slot.
