Hi @virginmedia, I have only been with you a few days but I notice my promised 20mbps upload speeds are actually never breaking 2 or 3 mbps. Also finding Netflix and iplayer ran better on my previous 12 year old battered plusnet set up. Not liking what I see so far, help?

@virginmedia Yeh the service status re updated saying known issues so guess I just have to wait but it's been down 14 hours so far

@virginmedia No nothing stated, packet loss is still happening. What is the resolution, I have already wasted approx 20 hours on the phone. To make matters worse this affects the phone line also, in which we are dependent on due to care calls for a elderly father.

@virginmedia how many phone calls I’ve had in the last 24 hours from a call centre pretending to be you? I have corrupt data or some other nonsense. Whilst I accept this is not your responsibility, it distresses me how convincing they can be and how they know I’m a VM customer.
