Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

@virginmedia Thanks, the problem is, this is happening too often and I will now be leaving virgin to join a more reliable broadband network, as I know the other networks don't go down this regularly (if at all) here

@virginmedia hi our borsdvand is down again in the tn2 area. This is now the 3rd time in a month and has meant I'm now missing another call with work. This is such an awful service and things are only getting worse with your broadband

@virginmedia Yes from collections the service is very inadequate and very far from good customer service virgin does not care unless they have money in the their bank every month

@MissVioletWolf Actually been having a similar issue with Virgin Media, every now and then my connection will just cut out for a few minutes and after 4 calls they still claim theres nothing wrong. so damn annoying.
