    @virginmedia Yes. I just want area manager or something to just ring up and say what’s going on. Everytime I ring I just get put through to someone from the Philippines or India who hasn’t got a clue what’s going on. How can there be an outage in the area since February?

    @virginmedia Honestly so sick of your **** agents and incentives on making my life difficult to fix a simple issue. I work for Sky and work in the industry to know that your taking the absolute piss. This takes minutes to resolve not weeks and it’s embarrassing that your getting away with it

    @virginmedia I raised a complaint a couple of weeks ago because engineers keep getting sent out to a local fault and not fixing it. About 20 times in two months. I've had no acknowledgement of the complaint and the Internet has gone down a further 3 times since. Appalling service

    @virginmedia Well that’s 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. I didn’t get a call back as the person I spoke to requested the call from a tech department that no longer exists. Unbelievable

    @virginmedia I’ve done this 6 times now and keep being told blatantly bull **** lies. Of wait 24-48 hours. I’ve waited 3 weeks spoke to 6 different advisors in 2 days and nothing has still been done it’s a joke you should be shut down for your embarrassing customer service
