    @virginmedia hi there, having really bad latency and packet loss connections with my internet. Happened last couple days. Already troubleshooted also and reset router multiple times.

    @LeeW1875 @virginmedia If paying for a service it should be provided though. Landline is currently an emergency contact number for a sick relative in hospital too so not ideal. Aunt in Scotland only really uses landline as that’s all she has.

    Just noticed on my Virgin Media page that the service work that they kept pushing back day after day is finally gone, leaving the technician appointment tomorrow. Could it be that I finally get internet in my own house after almost two months? :O
