Hard to escape their clutches when signed up. Still smile when eventually terminated the contract after hours on the phone. No online option to do so.

They’re great when joining and setting up but if you have a problem be prepared for a lot of frustration and time wasting. They’re absolutely horrendous for customer service. I was lied to, transfered to dead lines, put on hold without coming back etc.

I believe their Sat contract runs out in a few years so will lose some of the service I currently get so will def leave then

Colin Fenn (@ColinFenn45) reported@virginmedia I forgot to mention, during these low signal periods, when using okla speed checker download speed can be as low as 8mbps and upload often a little higher. Using the website fault checker does not register any problems , Colin.
