The process involves downloading an email, pressing a button to return to the screen—what f****** screen?—then trying the alternative options, sending a text, getting to another page, linking something up, and doing this repeatedly. Still only want the router model name. Incompetent and useless. Can't just have an email and a password, gotta get sent a text that doesn't f****** work, get sent an email that doesn't f****** work, do it 38 times or do it for the rest of my f****** life. #Virginmedia made it easier for who the f***? All these corporations and banks always improving either the taste of processed food or their login process and, it's never f****** easy, so who are they improving it for? They've got over 100,000 reviews on Trustpilot with an average rating of 1.5/5. That should tell you all you need to know. I cannot wait for my contract to end.

Colin Fenn (@ColinFenn45) reported@virginmedia Hi, poor signal strength is wifi only, if I am streaming on my laptop it becomes unusable, with a msg not enough bandwidth, and will last for about 15mins. The signal strength notification struggles to make any bars, and eventually clears.
